Lovely hotel. Large room with great amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. The concierge Ricardo was super helpful and took up a couple of his recommendations for food and drinks and was not disappointed. He is a credit to the hotel.

The hotel is ideally situated and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our lower level room was not adequately sound-proifed relative to adjacent construction activity or the nearby bar letting out during the wee hours.

We were not given the room we paid for. They told us that they had upgraded another customer to it the previous night. Because we had prepaid through Hotels.com, they said they could not refund us the difference in price between what we'd paid for and what we were getting. They ultimately gave us two roomwould have been okay hadprepaid through

The room was quaint and nicely decorated. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m giving three stars because the cleaning staff seemed to always be lurking in the hallways waiting for people to leave the rooms. We had two rooms for our family. On our last night, my son left money (not a small amount) on the desk. When we came back from dinner the money was gone. He learned a lesson to not leave valuables out in open sight, but clearly the money didn’t disappear. It was taken. Housekeeping had been in the room to drop water and chocolates for the evening; a nice treat, but not deserving of a $170 tip if that’s what the staff is claiming.

The room was spotless and staffs were all very courteous, from our arrival to our departure.

We had 3 people come up to our door asking the exact same question within a 20 minute period one of the days, that was a bit annoying and the toilet in our room was leaking from the bottom, didn’t even realize it until the entire back half of my pant leg and sock were soaked with fecal-water, that was nice, the water and dark chocolate around bedtime was a nice surprise though.

Staff was fine. The room was clean and cute however the blinds are not good quality was awoken early to sunshine entering the room forcing an early rise .

The hotel was absolutely stunning! Wonderful location in Old Montreal. Staff was kind and so helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Will definitely come back and stay here again!
