The staff was extremely helpful to us throughout our stay, especially Nicholas at the front desk. The beds are beyond comfortable and the rooms are very nice. We were thrilled we stayed here during our couple days in Montreal.

This elegant hotel was conveniently located, had every amenity possible, and we adored their restaurants. But the true bonus was the fantastic Concierge, Ricardo. I can’t tell you how much he helped us. High marks all around.

Staff were welcoming and attentive to our needs. Location was very good for a weekend getaway and to attend a wedding at the hotel.

Nice hotel but not as nice an area as first thought, being right on the outer edge of the old town and round the corner from a homeless hostel.

A lovely location. The hospitality was fantastic, even for English-speaking Ontarians. Valet service was excellent - shoutout to the guys at Place! It was elegant and yet comfortable. Did not disappoint. We will definitely come again. We travel in late March because there are less crowds, noise and lots of space to walk around, staff are not run off their feet and therefore much happier. Thank you to all!

The location was incredible, so close to the Cathedral. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. And the room was spacious and modern.

Lovely hotel in the heart of old town.

From check in to check out the service was an 8/10. Kind, polite, genuine. The restaurants were both amazing. Great food and great service. The spa is outstanding- request Diana for the deep tissue massage.

The hotel was immaculate. The location is great to wander around and visit Montreal. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was elegant, modern and clean with excellent service. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The breakfast which was served down in the bar restaurant was very good and plentiful, especially the yogurt bowl. It’s a few steps from Notre Dame and the Palais de Congres.

This hotel is very centrally located and in walking distance to everything we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly, courteous, and willing to help with anything we needed. We would stay here again.

Very nice hotel; very clean and the staff were all very nice. Ricardo the concierge was amazing and able to get us reservations at a sold out event online. Centrally located to many points of interest and many restaurants. Definitely recommend!
