Rooms were clean. Pool hours during the week are only open until 9:00. 10:00 would have been better.

It was the cheapest hotel to book on Expedia and no warning of renovations going on and also no warning of area the property was located as there are lots of homeless people in the parking lot and front entrance. I checked out two days early. Thanks Expedia for a bad experience…

The only good thing was the employee who checked me in and the one who checked me out, the room was a dump, the fan didn’t work properly. I tried reaching out to Expedia to rectify this as the management has been replying the same response to other complaints over the years “we will investigate” -seem like they haven’t gotten around to their investigations. property was dirty. We saw cockroaches in our room the next morning, their was bodily fluids on the stairs, people doing their m*th in the front and homeless people just casually dropping into the lobby like it was a safe house. I had no idea that north central was a bad area which should really be disclosed before booking, that you are in a dangerous neighbourhood.

Pool great other then too much chlorine in it and caused my grand daughter to have a bad rash. Rooms had mice and could hear them in the walls and roof and eating out of the bag on the bed side table. Moved our rooms down the hall and same thing can hear them in the walls. Some lady yelled at my son for not checking out at 11 when his daughter (my granddaughter) was sleeping again cause she didn’t sleep all night from her reaction to the pool chlorine.

Hot tub was luke warm, you could hear people running and chatting in the hallway all hours of the night and into early morning. It looked like our bed was broken

We stayed for 2 nights, amazing place can’t complain!

I’ve been staying at the 7 oaks since I was a child, I quit bringing my own children here a few years ago as it always seemed to be one thing or another that was disappointing. This time… The room was clean, staff was accommodating and we all had a blast!

The room could have been cleaned, the floor was so dirty I washed it!

Staff was good. Room was newley renovated, but the room wasnt very clean. Splatter of some sort in the tub and up on the walls in the bathroom. No mattress protector on the bed mattreprotecto

I booked queen beds and think I only got doubles. The room had a weird smell and th floor was very dirty and sticky so I cleaned myself z. The front desk staff was amazing with my 2 bookings and did what they could so I didn’t have to switch rooms. But when pay more for pool side should have got money back.
