The temperature of the water in the pool was fabulous! The pressure in the slide was top notch. Atmosphere in the evening with the lights and the music was so good.

Room is clean

It’s a nice place to stay. Clean and everyone was very friendly. Will go back again. 👍

Our room is a bit dusty.

Got asked for id when I left my key in my room. Had to dig through files to find a photo of id. Would’ve been nice if they walked with me and I show them the id myself. Then again it was late and they were just doing their job so it’s no one’s fault

Property is under construction so the noise is expected but the area is very unsafe, lots of drunk natives harassing the front desk guy on nights. Asked for different room on a different floor due to the construction and was denied, the room we were in felt like a basement suite and was very uncomfortable. Asked for a late check out and 2 people came knocking on our door to tell us it was after check out, at 9:30an and again at 11:02am and we were told we could have a 12pm check out. After this experience i do not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

This place needs some major updates! The pool and waterslides need to be sandblasted and painted a lot of rust on everything!! Also you need to be allowed to have non alcoholic beverages at the numerous tables around the pool and snacks!! The parking lot is covered in garbage !!

A Stay to Forget: An Unpleasant Experience at Seven Oaks Hotel From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the Seven Oaks Hotel fell far short of expectations. The advertised images create a false impression, as the reality is a far cry from what is depicted. The room was not only in poor condition but also carried a musty odor that was immediately off-putting. The lack of air conditioning compounded the discomfort, especially with the excessive heat emanating from the hallways, and the absence of windows only added to the feeling of confinement. Despite multiple requests, housekeeping services were consistently absent, leading to further dissatisfaction. The pool area, often a highlight for hotel guests, was marred by the behavior of an unaccommodating and impolite staff member. The front desk staff mirrored this lack of hospitality, adhering rigidly to policies while failing to address the concerns of guests. It's clear that the hotel is run down and in need of serious refurbishment. The pool area itself was a source of frustration, with an excessively hot jacuzzi and a water slide that was far from enjoyable due to overly strict rules. Furthermore, the discriminatory treatment of my child, who was made to feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for wearing a t-shirt in the pool due to their gender identity, is simply unacceptable. Biggest issue is you can book up to 7 people in a room but once you get there and need risbamds for the pool the max per room is 5 they allow but last year we got 6? So that screwed up the birthday party we had there

Great water park

Was good wont complain to much bed wasnt comfortable couldn't sleep more than 4 hrs a night the 1 nights i was there . I do relize there doing big Renos and there getting new beds i noticed so dont want to leave this as a bad review . Kids loved the pool. I love warm pool water and the water temp was great all in all i would rate it great

I have been staying here for years and honestly love that they upgraded the tvs ( you can now watch netflix if you have your own account at home or on your phone )

Friendly staff

Great swimming facilities. Rooms are being upgraded/updated. (A little loud, inconvenient and in the way—- but that’s kind of hard to avoid during construction)

The hotel was probably stunning in its hay day, the staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The carpets need a deep cleaning and the pool area would need some major love.
