Staff on check in and check out were unprofessional and tardy.

2 of the 3 elavators were not working, and shut down. Elavators wait times were 15 to 20 minutes long. Very Inconvenient. No tea was provided in rooms.

It’s nice, but the rooms are very dark

Overall our stay was good, rooms were clean. However having only one out of three elevators working on an 18 story hotel on a concert weekend & wedding on site was less than ideal. Waits were almost 15 minutes for an elevator.

Another great stay. Room was spacious snd comfy. Staff were super accommodating. The free shuttle service was much appreciated. Options live Jazz bar was outstanding.

2 beds and 3 people. 1 facecloth. There was an ice bucket but no ice machine. Had to get customer service to bring some. No remote for the tv. Had to call customer service for a remote. Phones didn't work properly

I had such a pleasant stay at the Brookstreet Hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Additionally, the staff to include the waiters and waitresses were extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend the Brookstreet Hotel if you plan to stay in the Kanata/Ottawa area.

Customer service isn’t great. My friend didn’t get her room until 7pm. With two little kids in tow, definitely not the experience you’re looking for when buying the “family summer getaway package”. Front desk was apathetic and unhelpful, manager was unapologetic at best. Dinner server was great, breakfast server was totally overwhelmed by the presence of kids or a big group so that was uncomfortable. Food was all great, beds are super comfy, indoor and outdoor pools are fun but MAN,the pool and bathroom towels are terrible…rough and small. No robes, no slippers, crappy in room shampoo/conditioner products. For a premium hotel at this price point I would expect more in the details and certainly a better customer experience.

Easy check-in/check-out process. Room was modern and clean. Facilities were excellent. Underground parking was a bonus.

Very nice place

A very nice hotel. Well kept except there were ants in the bathroom. I mentioned it at check out but the front desk person seemed indifferent. Otherwise a nice place and the food was excellent.

Quality of in room products have gone down hill. Toilet paper, lotion etc. also front desk staff not very friendly

The hotel and food were amazing.

The bathroom caulking was all peeled and looked terrible, and the shower head didn't have much water that came out of it.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff! A few considerations if travelling as a family: 1) the indoor pool had private swimming classes every day and evening over our 4 day stay so the kids didn't feel they could play without disrupting the classes (we went to the outdoor pool on the non-rain days which was warm and a beautiful setting), 2) there is only one drawer in the double queen room plus 6 hangars so we couldn't unpack, 3) will need a vehicle as no amenities within walking distance. Lovely hotel!
