This is the hotel you want to stay at in London! The front desk staff are amazing the bell man and concierge is just fabulous. The servers and housekeeping just know what to do! It’s a luxurious experience staying here with out the price tag of central London. This is my third stay and every time I just can’t say enough about the staff! You make the holiday! Thank you!!

I recently stayed at the The Clermont Charing Cross London and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely exceptional — warm, professional, and always attentive to anything we needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their genuine friendliness made the whole stay feel special. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and maintained to such a high standard. Every detail feels thoughtfully done, creating a really relaxing and welcoming atmosphere throughout. One of the best things about the hotel is its brilliant location in London. It’s perfectly placed for theatres, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing — really anything you could want to do while visiting the city. Being so central made getting around incredibly easy and added so much to the overall experience. I’d highly recommend The Clermont Charing Cross to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in London with outstanding service and an unbeatable location. Also thank you for the amazing upgrade to a studio room and the birthday cake on arrival .

Great location in an historic part of London. Walk to everything from the hotel or catch the tube which is underneath the hotel

The hotel uses air fresheners during room cleaning and throughout the lobby area. When we entered the room the smell was so strong we couldn't even stay in the room.

Breakfast buffet was wonderful, great location, attentive staff. This is my 2nd stay and I’ll certainly be back!

Great central location. Staff were excellent- very pleasant and helpful and rooms are clean and comfortable. Difficult layout in terms of getting to rooms via combinations of bridge and stairs and lifts.

Great location! Right on top the Charing Cross train station, near Trafalgar Square and many other sights. Staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was really delicious! Good coffee and tea. The floors might be a little thin. I could hear the room above me. When they walked, the ceiling creaked.

One of the nicest hotels ever. What an amazing property, in the tradition of fine English hotels. Room was excellent, bed very comfortable. Outstanding experience. What also stood out was the breakfast. The choices of all types of foods filled two rooms and was cooked to perfection.

Great location, beautify hotel, snacks , drinks, alcoholic drinks in the minibar included was great, nice bar, cute restaurant. The concierge was very helpful We didn’t like the fact that we were not on the main building. The booking never mentioned that.

Great location to most of the sightseeing. Walking distance. Spacious room but dated. Carpet had a peculiar smell. Towels seen better days and could use an update.

Nice hotel and location, room was comfortable and clean. Our shower seal was broken on the bottom however and the hotel wasn’t able to fix it despite being notified early in the stay. Other than mopping up the floor after a shower it was an excellent stay!
