Me voy muy agradecida por la excelente atención del personal; desde el valet parking hasta el vestíbulo, todos fueron sumamente profesionales y amables, lo cual se valora muchísimo. La playa es estupenda y el aire acondicionado de la habitación funcionó de maravilla, manteniendo siempre un clima muy agradable. Sin embargo, para ser una Junior Suite y por el costo que tiene, considero que el mobiliario ya es anticuado y requiere una renovación urgente. La cocineta, en particular, me dejó mucho que desear: las puertas estaban caídas y tanto el extractor como las luces no funcionaban, dejando a la vista solo agujeros oxidados. Incluso encontramos algunas cucarachitas marrones en esa zona y detalles de óxido en los baños. También noté que la alberca se sentía muy salada al final del día. Es una lástima que instalaciones tan descuidadas opaquen el trabajo impecable de su personal. Ojalá inviertan pronto en mantenimiento porque el servicio es realmente de primera

Food in the restaurant was very expensive, the excursions through the hotel were more expensive than expedia

Royal Villas is an older hotel. The pool is small but nice. The staff at the hotel are very good and friendly. The beds are good. The elevators are fast and reliable. The maintenance people are quick on making repairs. The TV in our room only had 2 stations that were in English.

The 2 positives for this property are its extremely kind and caring staff plus the cleanliness. However, the property is 'tired' and needs remodeling; the noise level is constant from early morning salsa classes with groups arriving from cruise ships to blasting beach bands all afternoon into early evening, there is no quiet, anywhere. The pool is very busy and there is no beach sitting. The food is just satisfactory and thankfully there are many very good restaurants within walking distance. It is a time share location but with mini suites and rooms for general public stays. For a short one week vacation, it may be an option, as it is in the golden zone.. for longer vacations, it is questionable. Because the staff were so very good, I would like to give this property a good rating, alas, it still remains 2*

The room was clean and a perfect location, but the best part for me was the staff. They were al great and very friendly.

A nice place to stay with a lot of friendly staff. Location is good. Just don’t like the bands with the tuba and drums etc. Way too loud and not relaxing.

Hotel en buena zona, amenidades estuvieron bien, pero la habitación el retrete tiraba agua, se reporto 5 veces y nunca acudieron a arreglarlo, la tele no agarraba wifi y cuando les comentamos dijeron que como estaban llenos no se daban abasto con la red, entonces no se prendió la tele en tres días

cuando llegamos el baño estaba sucio, los jabones echados a perder y las sabanas hongueadas, pedi que fueran a limpiar el sanitario, me llevaran jabon nuevo y cambiaran la sabana y no lo hicieron, entraron a la habitacion y solo cerraron la puerta de la terraza sin atender mis peticiones....no sale agua caliente en la regadera...los elevadores se trababan y los botones del piso 4 no funcionaban, tuvimos q usar las escaleras los dos dias...en la entrada nos dijeron q habia toallas para usarlas en la playa y despues nos reclamaron que las regresamos con arena...al hacer check in te piden un deposito de 500 pesos y al check out se hacen las ignorantes para que se te pase pedirlo de regreso y les das el recibo y todavia te cuestionan si eres tu quien firmo...instalaciones viejas y moho en las paredes...

Todo muy bien el acceso a la playa, la vista espectacular y un aterdecer increíble! El personal muy amable, la comida muy rica 👌 segunda vez que regresamos al mismo lugar!

Si vas a pasar en el mar y quieres una buena vista si es una opción recomendable
