Excellent work done

Great rooms in a very quiet area close to the metro and large supermarket. Our large window view of Barcelona was great especially at night. The hotel was so great the Spain national soccer team was there during our stay.

Staff was incredibly helpful and very nice!!

There was a soccer team staying which i understand they can't share for security reasons as i wouldn't have stayed if i had known. I made complaint to two separate managers and NEITHER OF THEM FOLLOWED THRU WITH WHAT THEY SAID! I will never stay there again.

Good stay, water was out when trying to take a shower one night.

No suelo hacer reseñas tan extensas, pero esta vez la ocasión lo merece. Fui a Barcelona por un viaje de negocios y me llevé a mi hijo. Nada más llegar al hotel fuimos recibidos por Nuria, de inmediato conectó con mi peque (8 años), y desde ese momento la experiencia, para mí, fue magnífica. Nuria con muchísima amabilidad atendió los requerimientos de mi hijo y lo hizo sentir especial. Gracias Nuria. Luego nos encontramos a Matteo, quien también se apuntó un 10 en trato magnífico con mi hijo. Gracias por tus atenciones Matteo! Y no menos importante, en el restaurante de los desayunos Julieta y Sandra fueron súper atentas y cuidadosas con el trato. En los lugares donde se toma en cuenta el trato a los niños y niñas, ahí volveré y dejaré siempre buenas reseñas. Por lo demás, no mucho que decir, un hotel maravilloso.

Todo ha sido excelente, pero para mí lo más importante siempre es el trato a mi hijo. Nuria y Matteo han sido extremadamente gentiles con el trato a mi peque y eso ya hace que mi experiencia sea perfecta.

This is a beautiful hotel! The huge screen in the lobby is amazing! They were so accommodating and upgraded our room to a beautiful room on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view of a Barcelona. I w would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Room was a bit dusty, but you could tell , room were cleaned, maybe the location with the hotel.staff is really great. The shops the public transport is nearby. It’s a great location for the hotel. I really enjoyed my time except for the dust I don’t know. Maybe I could see more because of the tiles are black and it’s easier to notice small particles of dust other than that, everything was great. Bit surprised they charge you for the snacks you find in your hotel, my first time experiencing this

Clean rooms and friendly staff. I was just wondering why I was charged $30 for gym use. I didn’t use the spa. I was in a rushed to go to airport. I saw it on my receipt

Checked in at10;00 am the man at counter was really nice Bell hop got us a coffee he brought are bags upstairs. Bell hop was awesome. Got to my room after 10 minutes front counter called asked if everything was O.K. told him everything was great. About noon i took a nap girlfriend went downstairs to read book and get drink. I went down the waitress was great. got me a drink real quick and some wings and finger food. Great service. That night about 8:00 wnet down to get drink it was a little busy it had about 6tables full. Someone was leaving from there table so we sat down at dirty table. about 5 minutes later some one comes to table to clean up table and saqys we will be right with you its been about ten minutes now someone comes over to get our drink order. never asked if we wanted water or finger food. nothing Waiting another 10 minutes still dont have drink. Its been about 20-25 and we still dont have a drink. So me and my girlfriend look at each other and say we will go to our room and call the front desk I explained the problem it was taking for ever to get a drink. She said we will send drinks up to your room now. Im like ok. another 30 minutes past finally get a knock at the door its been 50 minutes and I still dont have adrink. open door lady says sorry. She blames it on me because left down stair bar to quickly before drinks were made. So I told her it was piss poor service then she walked away. they did send me chocolate covered strawberris day

Check in could be a quicker but overall very welcoming, comfortable and the rooms are great.
