The hotel was in a perfect location, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, and the breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Room lovely (bar a pair of clean socks hidden in the top of the wardrobe that wasn’t ours!!). Location next to Bryggen is spot on. Would recommend.

Very comfortable room and staff very helpful. Excellent location in downtown Bergen; all key sites, shops, restaurants in walking distance. Go to the tower on top of hotel to get a great view of the area.

Brilliant stay at this hotel - the Staff are so nice and friendly. The rooms are lovely - very clean and comfortable. The breakfast, complimentary fika and dinner is lovely and a real bonus to have this included at the hotel

The hotel was lovely and I really enjoyed my stay. All very clean.

The staffs are very pleasant and eager to provide assistance. The breakfast is amazing with wide variety of food options, all well prepared and freshly made. We stayed for five days and it's been very comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel has very pleasant & quiet public spaces. the views from the tower are not to be missed. Also, the Flybussen express bus to the airport starts its route just outside the front door of the hotel. A taxi could hardly be more convenient. We had a very early flight and had to take the 4:15AM bus - the first of the day. It was right on time. Even better, since we missed breakfast at the hotel, they packed a nice breakfast for us that we picked up when we checked out at 4:00AM.

This is a 5 star hotel in all but name. The staff are really awesome and ask ow your stay is going. The food is fresh and delicious. The hotel is spotless and beautiful. I will come back.

This place was amazing! Whatever my nightly rate was, it wasn’t enough! Great big breakfast spread in the morning, Fika late afternoon, then a “light dinner”. Don’t be fooled, the light dinner was a nice spread of breads, salads, a soup, and a main course! Everything was very delicious. The room was well appointed with everything we could think of, and we had a great view looking out into the harbor and Bryggen. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and the front desk staff was incredibly awesome

Very nice quaint yet modern hotel. The ‘free’ meal was ok - we had it once and dined out the other 2 nights. Location nice, accessibility very good, gym, breakfast etc all very good. Would book again for sure.
