Walkable from Bergen rail station (10 -15 mins) and an ideal situation next door to Bryggen. Excellent buffet breakfast provided, together with tea between 3 and 5pm and an inclusive dinner if you want it, although there are some good - albeit expensive restaurants - nearby. Would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Home Hotel. It is conveniently located in the Bryggen and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions in the harbor area. The rooms are nice and clean with very comfortable blankets. And breakfast is nice with lots of varieties. They also offer a light dinner between 6 and 8. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bergen.

It was a very noisy property. With no air conditioning and the windows open, the outside street noise made it very difficult to sleep.

The property is very close to Bryggen, but it's just far enough to not be in the middle of all of the tourists and shoppers. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that worked to insure that I had a great visit to Bergen.

Close to centre of Bergen, staff very friendly, breakfast was great, beds are on the softer side, but apart from that we had a great stay and would highly recommend.

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Bergen. The staff was incredible. They were professional and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast in the am was excellent as was the dinner in the evening.

Nice, comfortable room in an excellent location. Breakfast was very good. Afternoon sweet break and evening meal offered a light dining option.
Luggage storage was very helpful when we arrived early at the end of a cruise. Room was available a bit earlier than standard check-in, which was nice.
Only downsides were super soft bed, long wait for hot water in the shower, conditioner was not filled in the shower, and single elevator sometimes meant a delay.
Would recommend and consider staying again.

Hotel was right in the wharf area with easy walking to everything. Room was spacious. Staff was excellent.
If you stay make sure you check out the clock tower. It has the best view of the wharf area. You need to ask at the front desk for a key.
