The staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave us options for places to eat and how to get around. Breakfast had good options for all. Rooms and facilities were very clean. They had coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. Location is very convenient as we could walk everywhere

Place was clean. Service great. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were on the small size but comfortable.

Staff were the kindest we have met in Italy. Wonderful customer service. Helped me to deal with telephone calls to my medical insurance company and trip to hospital emergency-very much appreciated especially during a difficult time after a fall elsewhere. Breakfast had everything you could want. Close to Centrale train station. Rooms quiet and roomy and beds comfortable. Nothing over the top fancy but everything you could need it provided.

Nice hotel about 10 min walk with luggage from train

Never have been to Florence wasn’t sure where to stay other than the hotel.com map show me something near the train station which was fine. Town was small enough to walking was not an issue Our hotel was at eight minute walk from the train station.

They have free coffee and tea in the lobby. Very quiet area, but walkable to touristic attractions.

Yeah it's fine - close to the station and short walk into town. A little noisy with its proximity to the railway lines. Good parking if you book ahead. Breakfasts are ok. A little sterile and corporate, but a good price for the middle of Florence.

Everything about this hotel is great, with the exception of $42 city tax on top of the total I prepaid through Expedia. Expedia should have included all charges to the price. So this surprise extra charge is on Expedia, who did NOT disclose this beforehand . Tourists, please be aware: what you see is not what you will pay !

The hotel was very clean, our room was well-appointed and bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice amenities in the lobby, such as coffee/tea machine and vending for water and snacks. Breakfast buffet offers lots of options. The location is good, close enough to walk to SMN train station (10 mins), but far away enough that it is quiet and safe.

Breakfast staff Madu and Kevin were great! Layout of the hotel was confusing, only provided water bottles on first day made us pay for additional water. AC wasn't working, had no fans and phone in our room didn't work had to keep going to the front desk for assistance.

The reception clerk Marco was great and extremely helpful. The breakfast was nice. Hotel was close to the train station.
