Staff were the kindest we have met in Italy. Wonderful customer service. Helped me to deal with telephone calls to my medical insurance company and trip to hospital emergency-very much appreciated especially during a difficult time after a fall elsewhere. Breakfast had everything you could want. Close to Centrale train station. Rooms quiet and roomy and beds comfortable. Nothing over the top fancy but everything you could need it provided.

Everything about this hotel is great, with the exception of $42 city tax on top of the total I prepaid through Expedia. Expedia should have included all charges to the price. So this surprise extra charge is on Expedia, who did NOT disclose this beforehand

Never have been to Florence wasn’t sure where to stay other than the hotel.com map show me something near the train station which was fine.
Town was small enough to walking was not an issue Our hotel was at eight minute walk from the train station.

Yeah it's fine - close to the station and short walk into town. A little noisy with its proximity to the railway lines. Good parking if you book ahead. Breakfasts are ok. A little sterile and corporate, but a good price for the middle of Florence.

The hotel was very clean, our room was well-appointed and bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice amenities in the lobby, such as coffee/tea machine and vending for water and snacks. Breakfast buffet offers lots of options. The location is good, close enough to walk to SMN train station (10 mins), but far away enough that it is quiet and safe.

Breakfast staff Madu and Kevin were great!
Layout of the hotel was confusing, only provided water bottles on first day made us pay for additional water.
AC wasn't working, had no fans and phone in our room didn't work had to keep going to the front desk for assistance.

Nice hotel and the staff were great. Very close to the main train station and that was a plus but there are not many dining options by the hotel and you need to walk at least 10 minutes to find a place to eat Room was fine but small. Other than offering a breakfast, there is no other amenities we found. Thermostat was confusing to use. It was affordable and would stay again if in the area.

We spent 4 days at this hotel in Florence. We booked via Expedia. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the main train station. The check-in was easy and the clerk was patient, engaging and informative. The room was clean with modern look. The breakfast was included in the price and it had a great variety of fresh foods. Check-out was effortless. The entire front desk thanked us for our stay and wished us a good vacation. Excellent experience, bravissimo!
