整體來講，是一個好選擇。我們一家都喜歡。酒店清潔、床褥舒服、早餐好吃、職員有禮貌、可惜酒店離市中心比較遠，步行約20分鐘，和浴缸設在房間內，玻璃門，有點不方便

We stayed for two nights (7/20, 21) in room 123 of this hotel. The bathtub in this room cannot hold water for a bath due to a loose stopper, and the water drains within five minutes. Additionally, there is no Wi-Fi signal in this room. We informed the front desk the morning after our first night, and they said they would send a maintenance person to check it out. When we returned to the room, we showed the issue to an employee, and he said he would think of a solution, but it remained unresolved when we returned later that night. During checkout, we mentioned the problem again to the front desk, but they repeatedly argued that it was a misunderstanding and the water flow was the issue. We clarified that we had spoken directly with the maintenance person, but the front desk insisted that only their input mattered, claiming ignorance. There seems to be a communication problem within their staff, and they are putting the responsibility on us. If you are assigned room 123, we strongly recommend requesting a room change.

Not a bad hotel. Requested a king, got two twins. Decent breakfast. Bacon was undercooked. Very clean facility, though a bit dated

Room was fantastic and the staff went out of their way to be friendly. Couldnt have had a better experience!

Staff very helpful and hotel looks good from the outside. However we had booked a superior room and we felt that somewhat pushed the boundaries of the definition of superior. It was, I believe, a 4 star hotel and that too would be questionable. As I said the positives were that the staff were really excellent and the hotel was close enough to the train station. Would I stay there again? No, I would look for alternative accommodation.

Clean room, breakfast included

Hotel limpo e extremamente confortável. O banheiro conta com um chuveiro com água quente e ducha forte. As instalações do hotel são novas e ele fica bem localizado próximo à estação de trem. Um ótimo custo beneficio. A equipe foi muito gentil e solicita. O café da manhã é ótimo, com muitas opções. É uma boa opção para quem pretende fazer passeios com agencias (o ponto de encontro fica a 5 minutos do hotel) ou visitar outras cidades de trem.

Really enjoyed the hotel atmosphere, the room was spotless. The staff were great even though I shared that I had been to Florence before they suggested something I’ve never done which is go out to Michael Angelo’s Hill. I ended up seeing the most beautiful sunset and all of Florence. Didn’t do the breakfast option, as I preferred to go to cafés in the Square however, the breakfast always seemed huge and smelled good. It was a little disappointed with how far the hotel is from the Square itself however it is definitely walkable probably about 15 minutes.

Perfect location near the train station and a short walk to Duomo, Ufizzi Gallery etc. Staff is EXCELLENT!! Very friendly and accommodating.Modern room with everything needed for a short stay; shower was awesome.Parking onsite and outside of ZTL Zone.

Really great breakfast spread! Although the location is next to the trolley tracks, it’s easily accessible and not noisy. The staff are all very friendly. The room could use a new slab of paint and touch ups to the drywall, but overall it’s just cosmetic repairs.

Disfrute la estancia, lo único serían las regaderas que son muy pequeñas. En general nos fue muy bien en el hotel, céntrico, limpio y con un buen desayuno

The staff are all amazing. It the rooms are quite depressing, there is no bar or restaurant but you can buy wine from reception which was really good and a fair price

The room was delightfully simple and met my needs with ample space and cosy beds. Breakfast was a simple but as expected buffet offering bread/toast, cold cheeses and meats, yoghurt + toppings, cereals, low fat or soy milk, coffee and some cooked items The staff were all exceptionally patient with my bad italian, kind, helpful, and conversational. The location of the hotel was exceptionally useful for transit to and from the airport as the T2 tramline directly from the airport stops about a 2minute walk from the hotel which meant that on check-out day we were still able to do some sightseeing before leaving for the airport. The hotel itself is a 20minute walk into the historical centre of Florence. I would say that if you are a solo female traveller, do not go out around the main station without being accompanied at night. It is unfortunate I have to say this but my friend experienced unwanted and aggressive attention. The main centre of Florence is, however, totally fine. It has to be said, this is not the hotel's fault at all, the main Florence station is a notorious area in general. In the day you won't experience any issues.
