Lovely hotel with great views. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food excellent amd overall ambience very relaxing.

Very nice hotel and conveniently located for trips to other towns. The Spa was very nice and the bar restaurant was great. The inclusive breakfast was really fantastic and worth including in your booking! Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel have stayed there many times The location is exceptional.

2nd visit and have enjoyed both. Breakfast and breakfast staff very good. Preferred room on first floor with estuary view. Was in room 232 very little privacy both from people in the outside bar area taking pictures and other residents walking past.

Very good hotel. Had a great stay. Friendly staff. Very clean. Will be booking again. The bar menu is not very varied could do with a wider choice.

Check in time is 3pm. We arrived at 2.40 and were told we were too early and to take a seat. They said that they would let us know if room was ready earlier. We got called at 2.58! Breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly

Another fantastic stay, faultless. Comfy bed and quiet. Location is great for getting to other places and i love the 10 min walk to Deganwy beach and prom with my dog before breakfast back at the hotel. The food and service are excellent. Staff very helpful, polite and attentive. I would not stay anywhere else. The sunsets from the terrace are awesome with a spectacular view across to Conwy and the Castle. I visit the hotel every year and would not stay anywhere else. I always take my dog so the patio doors on bedroom is particularly great for us. Would like to see a fridge in the room though.

Brilliant! An impressive establishment with great food and staff.

Friendly staff apart from the weekend maître d who I think was practicing his Lily Savage routine with the guests. Always an excellent breakfast with very efficient staff. Plenty of parking and lovely rooms. Unfortunately the lunchtime bar and evening restaurant menus have gone a bit too gastro IMO, which is odd considering the average age of the clientele.

What a wonderful find!!! We travel extensively and it is rare that every factor of a good stay is met- this hotel met them. The staff upon arriving were warm, friendly and efficient and this continued though from breakfast to dinner. The food and ambiance of the restaurant was awesome. We had the set evening menu and the fish was amazing.The breakfast cooked selection was great too from extra vegetarian sides of courgettes and spinach - which I had with my English breakfast. The Spa was great and the pool nice. One downside point it was not clearly stated before booking that hotel guests have restricted access included before 9am and after 5pm. This should be noted before booking. It is not in the centre on Conwy but a good 45 minute walk in- however such a lovely setting in the exclusive marina with great views across the harbour it is worth it. We will definitely stay again
