Great place for the price!

Nice rooms

When we arrived the elevator was out of service and we were on the 5th floor. We have some issues with stairs so we approached the front desk. Everyone was helpful and ultimately the manager upgraded our twin queen room to a suite in the attached residence where the elevator was working. When we were leaving we mistook the check out time for noon when it was actually 11 am. Once again there was no penalty. They were as accommodating as conceivably possible. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

The bed was very comfy, very clean room. Having the option to have a full pot of coffee in the room vs single cups was a very pleasant surprise and great option in the room.

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN .THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE.

A nice Hotel - clean rooms and good bathroom. I liked that it was still right in Collingwood but much quieter area than being close to Blue Mountain area, which gets super busy in the summer. There is also a great 1-hour loop walk right across the street almost from the Hotel, which takes you right along the beautiful Georgian Bay inner harbour area.

We arrived very late to check in, where we told we had to go up the road a half mile to check in at the other hotel to come back to this one to stay. The outside automatic door by the pool is unlocked and open to anyone to walk into the hotel and room hallways with no staff knowing. But the door right next to it, you have to use your hotel key to unlock and gain access? Our bathroom light did not work on night 2, called the front desk 3 times no anwser. Just checked out next day and told the front desk then. The bed was comfortable.

The golf course, dining and outdoor pool was not on site! And no shuttle Very deceiving and disappointing

We enjoyed our visit to Collingwood. The room that we were given was huge, it had a king size bedroom plus a living and dining room as well as a large walk in shower. The first 4 floors are part of a Retirement Residence. We were on the 6 th floor. My husband and I were helping a family move, it was tiring work and our accommodations made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The indoor pool and hot tub is definitely a bonus

We had to give them a star just to write this or we wouldnt have gave them a star period. This place was horrible. We just spent the night there. We got a message saying our room was done early. Never heard of a place that you had to wait until 4pm to sign in. We get settled and than we have someone walking in our room no knocking or asking if anyone was in there just open the door and walked right in. You ask for extra towels and got told yep than you had to call again 2 hours towels finally arrive. You had to go to different floors to get ice. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The rooms you think looked nice because the outside was nice but the inside the resort wasn't what you would expect. The pullout couch looked like it was from the 1980's and wasn't comfortable at all. The bed was being held together with screws and nails. We will not be going back at all. We have been to other crappy places this place made them look amazing. We stayed at the milestone motel and it was supposed to be low quality and that place was amazing. Our next stay will be there not at this resort. Very disappointing and very disappointed.

Nice, clean hotel. Close to attractions and amenities. Would definitely stay here again.
