Great pool, wonderful staff who are so friendly and helpful!

Everything was lovely, loved the size of the hot tub!

Property was very good value. Heater was noisy and bed was saggy.

Feel that I should review from past 2 stays. This stay had a great check in and the lady whom checked us in has always gone above and beyond. The room itself adequate and basic and pretty clean but not spotless. Checkouts have not been pleasant the past few times at all and unfortunately has is by no means is a fantastic hotel but have been stayed at this hotel 12+ times over the course of the past 4-5 months as the price through Expedia has been quite good and working in Collingwood with weather sometimes is safer than traveling on closed roads or unsafe weather. Previous time we stayed in the “efficiency suit” - I do not recommend this suite to anyone unless you want to feel like you’re staying in a hospital. There are no usb ports as there are in all other rooms, bedroom has a maybe 14” TV and living room maybe a 27” if you’re lucky - very basic and is part of a retirement residency who h makes the suite completely inconvenient. However, if you want to go to the pool, you literally have to go out of the retirement section of the building and around to another entrance of the building to access and staff aren’t educated enough to disclose the details until after you’re checked in. Received a $25 voucher which is useless to book through Expedia from the last stay. Efficiency Suite was an absolutely horrible experience - don’t book it unless you’re just there to sleep. The one bedroom efficiency suite was brand new and very spacious. It was very comfortable. Only downfall was you had to walk outside to another part of the building to access the pool and fitness center but it wasn’t too far away and wasn’t a big problem.

Clean, spacious and would definitely stay here again!

Staff was good but the property experience doesn't match our expectations. Their toilet was disgusting it does not flush properly even after doing it for 10 times. We booked a suit for us but which should be one of the good room of hotel but it doesn't look like that i would never book again with this hotel.

Room was great! Comfortable beds, spacious room. Nice bathroom. Pool was excellent and hot tub was amazing. Lots of parking spaces. No continental breakfast.

Hotel staff allowed a large group of parents to loiter in the halls while their children played ball hockey for over an hour. Pool deck needed to a good mopping as well.

Retirement residence hotel building has no direct access to hotel with pool and hot tub Efficiency unit lacks everything kitchen without any dishes only a microwave and coffee machine have to ask for bedding for sofa bed lighting is card controlled staff failed to inform us

Comfortable bed and clean space. But strong in the air freshener but I adjusted to it quickly.

Stayed at sister property 19-B. Location and amenities were good. Dont expect front desk support. Staff is not reachable via phone.

First of all the price I selected when I booked changed one we arrived… charged us double upon arrival… we got to our room late and realized none of the lights worked, and were stuck using our phone flashlights. Then found out in the morning that apparently its a power saving system and you have to scan your card. No one told us this when we arrived… there is no bar to hang the hand towels, no body wash either. Shower pressure was terrible also. The whole reason we booked here was to not spend over 200 and they charged us 280!! Not impressed.
