Please bring your hair dryer from home when staying here. I've stayed in many hotels in the world, but I've never seen one, no matter how low-rated, without a hair dryer. However, there is no hair dryer in the room here. We asked for a hair dryer in the evening, but the front desk staff said there were no hair dryers left. The next morning I called the front desk again and asked for a hair dryer and the front desk staff said the housekeeper would bring it to our room, but I didn't receive it until I checked out. In the end, I couldn't dry my hair after showering, and my daughter, who has long hair, needs to dry her hair after shower, so she gave up showering. It is basic to have a hair dryer in each room, but I can't imagine not having a hair dryer in a hotel room. Also, I saw a review saying that an indoor pool booking was necessary, so I inquired about how to make a pool reservation through the hotel website the day before check-in, but there was no reply until check-in. So we were not able to use the swimming pool on the first day of our stay. Also, there is a disgusting sewer smell in the elevator. My family hated the smell so much that we had to always use the stairs while staying at this hotel.

We had a great stay here at the livingstone golf resort! Exceeded our expectations. Loved the pool, amenities, and the staff was all very helpful. Would definitely come again!

We always enjoy staying here. They are currently under a massive renovation but as a guest you really don’t notice. The staff are overly friendly and always eager to help. It is quiet and comfortable.

The room was clean. The bathtub/shower was very high, it is difficult for older people to get in and out. There was no ice machine nearby. We had to walk 77 steps down the hall and either climb 14 steps or go down 14 steps and another 77 steps back to the room. That certainly isn't easy for seniors either.

Staff has excellent customer service. The gentlemen at check in and check out was great. Smooth check in and check out. Friendly, great location. Heater floors at the washroom was a nice touch.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now while visiting Collingwood, and although the rooms are generally clean, very comfortable beds, great value for the money… However, you can tell certain areas of maintenance are in need of attention overall nothing stands out just areas need updating But overall good night stay for the value

The room was spotless! Service at front desk was excellent. It was quiet, safe and parking was easy and abundant. I love staying here! I always stay when in Collingwood

The property is a bit dated and definitely in need of upkeep AND a deep clean. I got the impression they are under financial stress. I don't get Collingwood, besides its obvious proximity to Toronto I guess.

I had bo issues with my stay at Livinstone Golf Resort. The room was clean and the pool was very clean
