Please bring your hair dryer from home when staying here. I've stayed in many hotels in the world, but I've never seen one, no matter how low-rated, without a hair dryer. However, there is no hair dryer in the room here. We asked for a hair dryer in the evening, but the front desk staff said there were no hair dryers left. The next morning I called the front desk again and asked for a hair dryer and the front desk staff said the housekeeper would bring it to our room, but I didn't receive it until I checked out. In the end, I couldn't dry my hair after showering, and my daughter, who has long hair, needs to dry her hair after shower, so she gave up showering. It is basic to have a hair dryer in each room, but I can't imagine not having a hair dryer in a hotel room. Also, I saw a review saying that an indoor pool booking was necessary, so I inquired about how to make a pool reservation through the hotel website the day before check-in, but there was no reply until check-in. So we were not able to use the swimming pool on the first day of our stay. Also, there is a disgusting sewer smell in the elevator. My family hated the smell so much that we had to always use the stairs while staying at this hotel.

Comfortable bed and clean space. But strong in the air freshener but I adjusted to it quickly.

Stayed at sister property 19-B. Location and amenities were good. Dont expect front desk support. Staff is not reachable via phone.

First of all the price I selected when I booked changed one we arrived… charged us double upon arrival… we got to our room late and realized none of the lights worked, and were stuck using our phone flashlights. Then found out in the morning that apparently its a power saving system and you have to scan your card. No one told us this when we arrived… there is no bar to hang the hand towels, no body wash either. Shower pressure was terrible also. The whole reason we booked here was to not spend over 200 and they charged us 280!! Not impressed.

Clean room staff the pool and hot tub

The bed was terrible. No sure what happened to that bed but it seemed broken and we had bad time sleeping after all day of skiing.

All great. Super value for price. Clean, welcoming, close to all. Can use update and minor repairs, but realize close to Blue Mountain and party crowds. Will stay again when in area.

Friendly staff made a good impression. We swam in the pool - great to do laps in. Close drive to mountain and to downtown areas. Clean, quiet and friendly. We would go back again.

The room was very clean and staff was super nice, especially the front desk worker. They provided us with everything we needed plus more.

Do not book a “Premium” room expecting a premium experience. The premium room photos listed on Expedia are not for this hotel and you will receive a standard room. I showed the front desk the room we were expecting and they basically dismissed my concerns and said to contact Expedia. They offered for me to pay for an upgrade and when I declined to pay they said there were no rooms available for me to switch to. The in-room heater/fan was obnoxiously loud but due to my first experience with front desk staff I did not ask for a room change. We ended up turning the heat off overnight.

This 'hotel' is very much a retirement/nursing home. Floors 1-4 have retirement home residents currently living there. No access to the room via the lobby. Room had zero decor and felt very unwelcoming. 'Kitchenette' was empty cupboards with paper coffee cups and a coffee maker, there was a fridge. The rooms are being used as a hotel while they wait to fill them with retirees/ nursing home residents. Would not recommend. 2 stars only because the local restaurant (at Living Water RESORT, 1 km away) was fantastic, as it was 2 years ago when we last stayed here, when it was a hotel! Bed was decent, room was clean.

Bed was broken which was not addressed or compensated. We had difficulties getting into our room which led to a long time waiting around. Overall, staff did not seem to care about how our stay went or offer any compensation.
