Please bring your hair dryer from home when staying here. I've stayed in many hotels in the world, but I've never seen one, no matter how low-rated, without a hair dryer. However, there is no hair dryer in the room here. We asked for a hair dryer in the evening, but the front desk staff said there were no hair dryers left. The next morning I called the front desk again and asked for a hair dryer and the front desk staff said the housekeeper would bring it to our room, but I didn't receive it until I checked out. In the end, I couldn't dry my hair after showering, and my daughter, who has long hair, needs to dry her hair after shower, so she gave up showering. It is basic to have a hair dryer in each room, but I can't imagine not having a hair dryer in a hotel room. Also, I saw a review saying that an indoor pool booking was necessary, so I inquired about how to make a pool reservation through the hotel website the day before check-in, but there was no reply until check-in. So we were not able to use the swimming pool on the first day of our stay. Also, there is a disgusting sewer smell in the elevator. My family hated the smell so much that we had to always use the stairs while staying at this hotel.

When making the booking through Expedia the room selection was misleading. Was led to believe it was a condo booking.

There was no pet area. I requested a ground level room and was told I would be on ground level. I was on the third floor having to take the dog on the elevator. Not good.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary, the check in was smooth, the room was clean and beds extremely comfortable. The only thing I will say is that they are in the middle of construction and it can be noisy, and dusty throughout the premises. Have stayed at both living water resorts and would highly recommend them.

Check in was bumpy as we arrived to find the place very much under construction. Office was a converted hotel room - water had been turned off all day and the pool was closed for repair. But the check in agent was EXCEPTIONAL. She handled everyone well and moved everyone checking in over to their sister property. Though we didn't end up with our King bed, we were actually happier with the other location as there were more amenities
