There seemed to be some water damage in the ceiling and the carpet didn’t seem very clean. We also found a water bottle cap on the ground by the bed

Clean Room, Friendly Staff and Amenities all were great!

Terrible. We saw what looked like a bed bug in our room and had to leave before midnight. Instead of thinking that maybe guests leaving in the middle of the night had a legitimate reason to leave, management doubted us and refused a refund. They offered us another room when we were leaving, and a future discount upon asking for a refund. But why would we want another room or a future stay when our current stay already was such a negative experience? We had to isolate our clothing and thoroughly clean all of our possessions to avoid the risk of bringing the bugs with us. Truly awful, and management won’t help you if you have an issue. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

The staff tried to charge me the damage deposit saying I ruined their walls. Apparently housekeeping had come in to clean and took a video of everything that we damaged. The crazy thing is, none of this happened and it was the wrong room. The person on the phone was extremely rude and would not listen to anything I said. I explained that we stayed there to sleep and left in the morning, nothing happened. The person on the phone called me a liar saying I ruined their property and was going to be charged for all the damages. When I asked what wall was damaged they kept saying “one the wall in the room” which was extremely condescending and clear that someone thing was up. I asked for proof and she said they would email me… they still haven’t emailed me. When I tried to call back, they kept sending me to voicemail. It wasn’t until I got someone else to call, the front desk admitted it was a different room and they tried to get more money out of me because I was young and they didn’t think I would put up a fight. The place was nice and we didn’t have an issue until after we left. Proceed with caution if you stay here. Take videos and photos as soon as you enter. Truly sad the way they tried to steal extra money from me. Safe to say I’ll never be back.

Lovely facility, a bit dated fixtures in the rooms but all in all, well maintained. The lounge and grill restaurant was also very nice.

The heating was working properly so the room was a bit chilly. Housekeeping came and looked at it and fixed it up temporarily, but it got cold again during the night. I was only there one night, so it wasn't a big deal.

The rooms were amazing and the staff as well. Loved the experience.

Very comfortable beds . Ample towels ,pillows and roomy.

Room was clean and hotel was quiet. A great and relaxing evening for my wife and I. Check in was smooth. Check out was a little delayed with our room requiring inspection by housekeeping at checkout but aside from that was completely seemless and have no complaints.
