Feel that I should review from past 2 stays. This stay had a great check in and the lady whom checked us in has always gone above and beyond. The room itself adequate and basic and pretty clean but not spotless. Checkouts have not been pleasant the past few times at all and unfortunately has is by no means is a fantastic hotel but have been stayed at this hotel 12+ times over the course of the past 4-5 months as the price through Expedia has been quite good and working in Collingwood with weather sometimes is safer than traveling on closed roads or unsafe weather. Previous time we stayed in the “efficiency suit” - I do not recommend this suite to anyone unless you want to feel like you’re staying in a hospital. There are no usb ports as there are in all other rooms, bedroom has a maybe 14” TV and living room maybe a 27” if you’re lucky - very basic and is part of a retirement residency who h makes the suite completely inconvenient. However, if you want to go to the pool, you literally have to go out of the retirement section of the building and around to another entrance of the building to access and staff aren’t educated enough to disclose the details until after you’re checked in. Received a $25 voucher which is useless to book through Expedia from the last stay. Efficiency Suite was an absolutely horrible experience - don’t book it unless you’re just there to sleep.
