Room is clean!And the staff are friendly especially the Filipino guy receptionist.

The room was very clean. We got the chance to swim and enjoy the spa.

Great space and pool was nice and warm.

Check-in took longer than expected. The lobby was not well maintained, with snow creating a slipping hazard, and the elevator had an unpleasant odor.

We were theee families one with PER, end up living in three different buildings with lots of In and out to see each other, we wanted to be in the same hotel but practically we stayed in theee different hotels due to rooms booked with no availability.

Coffee machine is broken. Called receptionist to send someone to look at it, we were told someone will come up but no one did till we check out at 11am. Knowing it’s Christmas Day and most stores are close outside. So horrible service. They could have taken that coffee machine and change it, so at least we have coffee before we go since no breakfast included with our stay.

Everything was excellent

You must know that it's quite difficult to get guests to leave a review voluntarily unless you do something exceptionally well. Otherwise, guests often lack the motivation to write. But it's different for negative reviews. When guests have problems to complain about, reviews come naturally. But all of this could have been easily resolved, but your staff chose to make things worse. We brought a rather expensive makeup mirror with us, but when we were on our way back, we suddenly realized we had left it behind. So over the past few days, we called several times for help. Each time, the front desk collected our specific information and promised to get back to us later, but then there was no response. We had to call again and explain the incident and provide our specific information. And in the end, when we asked the front desk how they could guarantee a reply, they simply hung up the phone. I really can't give a good feedback on this service system.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay.

People were wonderful. Room was sparse but solid.

The room was brand new but it wasn’t the same standard as the living water condos across the street. These rooms seemed more economy grade. Also, there was no dishes, cutlery, dish soap, tea towels or kettle provided in the kitchenette. This was very surprising to us as they are provided at the living water. The building is under construction and we could hear the contractors working above us. Not sure we would stay there again.

Staff was great

Loud kids all day/night. Customer service at front desk was not friendly. The one lady was nice but the other man seemed to not care about my complaints. Will not be coming back. Wish I went somewhere else.
