Clean room - welcoming staff.

We did not receive the room type we originally booked. The staff initially blamed Expedia for the discrepancy, but after I pushed back, they offered us a room in the adjacent new retirement building with a king size bed. However, it did not include the sofa bed that was clearly part of our original reservation. Very disappointing experience overall.

It was great experience with my kids again such friendly staff and quick environment.

rooms a big and brand new. But it is only one elevaror working during the most busy long weekend. water in the unit are super slow. other than that this is a very good family friendly residence for family travel for ski trip.

I thought the room would’ve way nicer

The pet fee of $50 a night is way to high compared to some other pet friendly accommodation that do NOT charge a pet fee or have a one time flat pet fee of lower than $50. Also the resort fee of $11.58 a night was too high considering we didnt use any of the facilities at the resort. On top of that we paid taxes of $23.49 . For a total of $204.24 on top of the expedia fees for 3 nights which we already paid. If i knew all these extra fees i would booked somewhere else . Also there were loud screaming kids in the room next door to us on the friday night.

Everything was great, the pool and hot tub is very much appreciated after a day of skiing.

Rooms need a smart TV. Otherwise excellent and EV chargers were reliable!

There were no receptacles at the bedside , which thankfully we brought an extension cord from home. We both need this to plug in our sleeping devices, Cpap machines.
