A last resort hotel if you cannot find one near the airport..

Great restaurant staff!

Greatly improved over it's formerly sad state. Spacious, clean and well maintained rooms. The continental breakfast is convenient but rather meager. Free parking for a short trip a real plus.

You get what you pay for here. The beds were very good, sheets were soft and it was quiet. Breakfast was unremarkable but coffee was good. Restaurant on site was a pub but convenient. No open window but air system worked well.

We stay here often - every year. It’s really the only affordable place in area. Rooms are always clean & beds are comfy. But every year the maintenance on property gets worse and worse. Hallways are in brutal shape - holes in walls, stained carpets, patchy jobs, cobwebs. Breakfast is always a nice touch but it’s really declined… I understand food prices are expensive but the hotel offers waffles… and no syrup to be found for our 2 day stay. Very basic breakfast. But attendant was lovely and again- for the cheap rate; expected. Staff always goes above and beyond.

The ability to have an early breakfast.

The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. The food was very good but the score is low for the building and property. Overall it was a good experience.

This is not a nice hotel. There are 3 others near the airport that are much better. Do not stay at this one, it is by far the worst. Rooms are not clean and the property is in rough shape overall. The bed is very small (we were supposed to have a queen, but is was more like a double) and the pillows are bad.

The bed was very comfortable after a long day of travelling but both our TV and coffee machine didn’t work. Hotel needs some updates!!

This was a very easy and convenient stay for the airport transition. Great staff!

The room was nice. The shuttle to the airport was very good.

The restaurant had good food, and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast didn’t have a lot of options and was poorly laid out. There was a lot of stains on the carpets.

The bed was clean and reasonably comfortable. The building is very old, dirty and stained. It is tired, with tape on the walls and stains on the carpet and furniture and desperately in need of an update. It was actually a little shocking given the reviews of “very good” from over 4,000 people on Expedia. I did not walk anywhere in the room without shoes on. The fitness room was out of service. The complementary breakfast was well, gosh, amongst the greasiest and most lame I’ve ever seen. The staff in the restaurant were great though. Very welcoming and clearly doing their best. Would I stay again? Even for one quick night which is what we did - 10 pm to 10 am - maybe. But at least I’d know what I was signing up for. The review rating through Expedia was terribly misleading.

That staff was helpful when the bathtub in the first room wouldn’t drain after showering. And the room was not prepped for new guests as there was no bathroom tissue. As it was a Friday, the maintenance had gone home for the weekend. So they did give us a new room. It’s nice to have a continental breakfast included, I am sorry to say but it needs much improvement in the prep and taste.

Clean room, comfy bed, and everything you need for an overnight. The breakfast wasn’t so good. Not much variety, and the toaster wasn’t toasting the bread. Many other hotels have fresh cut up fruit , yogurt, bacon, scrambled eggs. The eggs didn’t look very appealing.

Hotel is well located, clean, comfortable beds, somewhat dated, shuttle was good with friendly driver. Breakfast was adequate.
