Room was dated and air conditioner was super noisy. Bathroom sink did not drain properly. Pool was ok and had been retrofitted with a liner that was damaged. Hotel was kept fairly clean. Great location, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had Mexican and western cuisine.

Clean room, Excelent staff, close to restaurantes.

The price was very good. It seemed further away from the airport than expected. Breakfast was good. This is an older property and not luxurious but I was glad I booked.

Es un hotel sencillo, pero cuenta con todo lo necesario en sus habitaciones, escritorio, plancha, secadora de pelo, clima muy bueno y las camas cómodas y limpias

Pasamos una noche muy calida y comoda, todo muy limpio, el servico increible y el desayuno muy rico

La alberca no sirve, tiene una cubierta de hule, muy sucia, mal aspecto.

Enjoyed my 3 night stay at this property. It is clean, convenient, walkable for me but is 20 mins to the golden zone. Depends what you need. But for me I liked that it was close to shopping, staff were friendly and helpful, daily housekeeping service was top notch and the breakfast had lots of options. Loved the espresso in the morning. This is not Canada or the United States. You need to adjust your expectations. Or pay a lot more. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. If something isn’t right, communicate with the staff and they will fix it. Enjoy your stay!

La estancia fue excelente

Our night stay was good, room not the greatest, but for one night was ok. When room was checked out of, my husband left our fast phone charger with long cord in the room. I called the front desk and the receptionist told me it was there at the front counter, that the cleaning lady had dropped it off. We went back to get it and they denied what they told me and said they had no access to it because the cleaning lady had locked it up. I asked for the manager and they claimed they had no access. There was no way that they would give it back. I asked for names and they denied knowing the cleaning lady’s name. Bad customer service and return of forgotten items.

demasiada FALTA DE ATENCION EN RECEPCION Y EN EL SERVICIO DE MANTENIMIENTO DURE UNA SEMANA Y NO PUDIERON SOLUCION PROBLEMAS DE INTERNET en recepcion les falta atender POR PRINCVIPI SALUDAR, del bufet siempre falto pan dulce, y no vario el menu TODOS LOS DIAS HUEVO Y TOTOPOS CON CHILE, siempre estar pidiendo las cosas SEÑORITA FALTA PAN, SE ACABO EL DESAYUNO no estan al pendiente de que falta y eso es en todo JUGOS, CAFE DESAYUNO, PAN y personal para la limpieza de las mesas, POR EXCESO DE CLIENTES NO PUSIERON EN LA SALA DE CONFERENCIAS y sin aire de abanico porque la refrigereracion NO SERVIA la primera vez estaba en el LOOBY y jamas regreso MAL SERVICIO

Todo bien solo que no me cambiaron las toallas el primer dia. También la zona del comedor es muy pequeña, no se da abasto con tanto huesped, obviamente la gente se toma su tiempo para consumir sus alimentos, la espera se hace eterna para poder tomar los nuestros.

Muy cómodo, cerca del malecón, tiendas de autoservicio, el desayuno muy rico, el personal muy atento, la regadera se me hizo muy chiquita, pero todo excelente, lo recomiendo

My luggage was miss tagged and I could not recover it for a while. The land line in the hotel room was not functioning when I needed it for a conference call. There was construction being performed in an adjacent room. David C.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights for an 'eclipse' trip. The cost of the room was VERY inflated because of the eclipse and it was still the least expensive option available, including Airbnb's. We booked two months in advance, and prices were nuts. This room cost us triple what it should have for 3 nights and, given the lack of cleanliness of the room, we were VERY disappointed. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely, the common areas of the hotel, including the pool, was good. But, the room was dirty (empty drink bottles left from the last guest!), the furniture old and mishappen, the window film bubbled and the blankets and pillows old and worn. I expected way more from a Marriott hotel!
