i liked the park 5-10 minutes away and the food was good. the staff were nice and understanding

Lovely property just wish it had a hot tub

I thought this property was over rated, my opinion was this is not a hotel but rather an Inn or Motel. Price was way too expensive for such facility. Way over priced! I have to be more careful and selective with my choices.

Really good breakfast, had breakfast tacos! Room was a little dated but clean, very comfy bed and quite spacious.

Staff was good. The property is not very well maintained.

Everything was good. We were upgraded to a Spacious renovated suite, bedrooms had comfortable bed and it was clean. Pillows and duvet were impeccable. Tv channels were limited and tv screens could be larger. Kitchenette is useful and clean, but fridge was noisy. In living room the Sofa could be upgraded to a recliner model. Overall the suite was perfect for our one-night stay.

Well-kept property, helpful staff when needed, and a comfortable bed.

There is a public park just up the street, great place to get some exercise.

was good, but my recomandation is please put the clock in the pool area, socind the room was cold even when we adjusted to hot temperature

Terrible. Like I said to you before, when I booked it from the airport two Thursdays ago I was trying to book for that Thursday using the janky airport wifi, or was it your website?. Somehow it got the date wrong for this Thursday. When I showed up at Sonesta two weeks ago late at night I found out about the mixup and they HAD NO ROOMS. I had to drive around and find somewhere to sleep. Then I wrote you and the hotel and now today they have my money and you earned a fee and I’m out the money for NOTHING Received. Not happy. Won’t be using Expedia again, nor that hotel. You didn’t do anything to make up for the mixup. Just excuses.

We left a charger in the room. They mailed back to us so quickly. They are really helpful and professional. I will choose this hotel again

The location, the rooms and the employees were excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

everything is ok, nice, clean, queit place to stay, but not that much variety for breakfast buffet
