Parking was extremely limited to 3 floors 2nd,5th and 6th. Staff was extremely unhelpful, all amenities were closed and I was still charged the resort fee although the only amenity they had open was the casino which I didn’t use as I was in town for a tournament.

Easy check in, very clean rooms. The rooms are a good size and it was very quiet.

Comfortable Mattress Good temperature in room Bad shower but good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash Noisy Crappy coffee in room for such an expensive place Old TV. Needs an update. Also the check in process was terrible and so hard to get around that place. Would stay elsewhere for 1/3 the cost.

Pool was closed, we were not notified

Comfortable beds, luxurious bedding and towels. Good sound proofing! Staff were great! Entire facility clean.
