Walking from self parking to the hotel check in was a bit of a walk.

Property was fine. View was amazing… the issue was they did not inform me that a live band was going to be happening at the wedding on the 27th floor when I was on the 23rd floor. You could hear it so much I could not sleep. Their response was basically too bad!they chose my room so they should have informed me.

I felt so safe while having an amazing time.

There are few/no amenities if you stay in the Tower property. The entire structure is a maze getting to and from the casino. THe casino itself is short on table games but loaded with slots!

It was a long haul from self parking to check in especially with baggage. it was that or $25 per day for valet. everv thing else was great.

Clean room

As we pulled into the valet parking, we were greeted by staff. They was positive and happy. Checking into our hotel room. The same, positive. the room was outstanding. Had dinner on site at Nemo,s great food and service by Richard. We will go back again.

There was a problem with the reservation from their side, but because it was booked via Expedia, they didn't even bother to do anything; they just charged me an additional two rooms. The problem was solved after my trip. I called Expedia, and they contacted Caesar’s Windsor.

Beautiful clean room and so much fun in the casino!

Room was very big, clean and nicely decorated. Hotel was very quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. The pool area was also very nice. Staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend this location.

There was some issue with power but everything else was excellent!!

Sitting outside the bar looking out at Detroit was great.

Good location. Saw a show. Worth the upgrade to have the view of Detroit. Rooms are a bit dated. Staff is top notch to the bell people, concierge and bartenders.
