In order to have breakfast, you have to go into the adjoining casino to one of the eateries. The room temperature was ideal as I had set the thermostat myself. I was there four nights and slept well, there was no noise in the hallway or above or below me. I will stay again!

Room was clean and spacious. Stayed in the 19+ side; very little hallway noise and great amenities. Perfect stay for a concert. Restaurants in the casino are subpar but convenient. Bed was very bouncy ;) and comfy. Water pressure was terrible but you can’t have it all.

We checked in and were given our room cards. Went up to the room and the door key didnt work. The housekeeper contacted the front desk and a member of management came up and told us we were put in the wrong room. Instead of the 5th floor we were supposed to be on the 8th floor. So it was frustrating that this happened and we had to wait a period of time to get into our room and had an event to be to

My recent stay at Caesars Windsor was just okay. The service throughout the visit was also just okay, polite but not at the level of attentiveness and consistency I typically expect from a venue of this caliber. Nothing was particularly bad, but nothing really stood out either. Overall, it fell short of the usual standard I’ve come to associate with Caesars-branded properties.
