Room was spotless, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Downriver view room was lovely. We didn't use ammenities much but gym looked good. Pool will be closed Jan 2026 for renovations so they already know update was needed. Spago's restautant was absolutley delicious. quality and quantity. You need reservations, even on a Monday! The bed and linens were SO luxurious.

The lady at the check in desk was professional, answered my questions about getting the Caesar's reward points while booking although I didn't qualify this time. Security staff were also friendly & professional.

Management needs to fix the situation at check in. Over the 30 minutes we spent at the check in, I heard the supervisor say to 5 different customers “I’m sorry about that” and then doing nothing to help them. 5 customers who all had different unresolved issues by front end staff. Will not stay here again. Front end staff were immensely unhelpful, unwilling to make any accommodations and non-responsive during the check in process. There is also a hidden mandatory $30 fee to “use the pool”… These issues began before arriving at the hotel as I spent over 15 minutes on hold trying to reach the customer service or front end. Ended up hanging up with my question unresolved. Note, custodial staff and concierge were excellent and helpful. They deserve to be paid more.

Great comfy room. Easy check in. Only downfall was the food options were so understaffed 2 of us couldn’t even eat anywhere in the hotel and casino so we had to venture in the cold which kind of defeated the purpose of staying there

They don't make the beds or clean the rooms unless you're staying more than two nights. Something they Implemented during COVID, which is just a way for them to save money. It's gross. Not happy

First off the remote quit working for the tv. Called down about it, rudely they said they would send someone up. 1.5 hrs later i heard my door open and close - they simply slid the remote in on the floor without making sure it worked......IT DID NOT WORK EITHER. Tim hortons coffee was burnt, their soups were cold.

Waited quite a bit at check in at 18:30. Several Diamond members were served before me despite the fact that I was there first. I understand the concept but 2-3 people were served before and I was there before them. Didn’t sit well with me.
