Can’t believe that they do not do the bed and your room everyday for the price you pay

The room was expensive for what it was, and the price per night went up another $100.00 a night after taxes and resorts fees and front desk fees and then something just called fees were added in. I wish you would just quote the price per night with no surprises. And the receipt I received on check out does not give me a final price. So I have no idea how the room actually cost per night. But I suspect it was too much for the room we were in.

Yes, I am strongly recommend Caesars hotel. I give 5 stars.

The telephone wasn't working so we couldn't phone directly for reservations for dinner or concierge service from our room, otherwise everything was great. Jean. Rivard

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was quite a walk to get to the reception desk. Having to walk through the casino and find the reception desk wasn't fun.

Beautiful place to stay. If you get the river view rooms, the view is beautiful.

I enjoyed my stay here. The keycards were a little difficult at times to use for many people. It became a joke for everyone who used the elevators in the Forum tower because it would not always scan properly. I also look young for my age, so I made sure I walk with my ID because I was stopped upon entry everytime there was a new security person at the desk. A nice problem to have.

Three different lines or designated for check-in. They were totally indistinguishable to people unfamiliar with Caesars hotel. We stood in line till we got to the front and told to go into a different line when we got to the front. The the staff could have just checked us in our prepaid reservations. But no back to the end of a different line.

Be prepared to WALK! I booked a room in the adults only tower, to find out the pool and spa (adults only) is on the other side of the resort. The check in is also on the other side of the resort from the self parking. You have to lug your stuff all the way through the casino, unless you go to the valet parking.

Zero room service after 5pm have to walk across the casino go through security twice to get food, no ordering 3rd party food such as pizza to room, bed was amazing !!!

great location for attending Cabaret at The Capitol

The room was very far from reception and the coliseum. This should have been pointed out in the reservation or at reception. I have mobility issues and while i saw scooters i would have asked for one if i was aware of the distances. Reception was very slow 4 staff for Caesar's club and only 1 for non members.

Room was very clean and a great view of Detroit. Food in the casino was great. Easy and hassle free access to casino, restaurants and pool and spa, which was amazing. Health club was great too. For the price I felt it was definitely worth the stay.

Everything was great and staff were exemplary!
