Amazing view, clean room, easy-free parking, beautiful property.

No breakfast included. Clean room which nice tub. Nice views. Just beware there is a $28 daily fee when you check out which is not mentioned to you before.

Disappointed in resort fee. Did not use amenities therefor paid 28.50 for two bottles of water even though three in room. Would not make up room unless stay is more than three days. Unacceptable. Bedding is always made up on request at other hotels. We requested but were refused.

The hotel was wonderful. The Italian restaurant on site was not good, but that’s ok. We enjoyed the live band that played in the lobby!

Full hotel alarms went off at 3:45 in the morning for approx 15 min. A voice came over the PA instructing that this was “not a test” - but no information given pertaining to if we should stay in our rooms, exit the hotel etc. After 15min the announcement said “the emergency had been corrected”. No additional information was provided. The next day the staff could provide no detail and we were not compensated for a terrible night. Add to that - the restaurants are bad.

Casino floor was clean and well staffed, especially for table games. Don't confuse Caesars Windsor with Las Vegas, they are not the same. I was hoping for more amenities - no bathrobe or slippers and no in room food service.

Rooms had fridge but no microwave and the pool was down . Other than those two things. It was nice.

Everything was top notch will definitely be going back.

Great entertainment

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, the valet staff went over and above for us as well. Very impressed! We are already planning our next trip back

The hotel was excellent, very clean, the room was great! The only issue I had was knocking on our door at 9am this morning. Check out is 11am, housekeeping is only done every three days unless you request otherwise. We were only there for the night and check out is 11am. That was a huge disappointment as once I’m awake, I can’t get back to sleep. Didn’t need to be up at 9am. Everything else was outstanding.
