This is the first time I used Expedia . I was apprehensive about the check in process, but it went smoothly. The clerks were friendly. The room was clean and we actually had a river view.

We stayed in the Augustus Tower and it was a quiet area. You had no idea there was a casino with the loud noises and a band playing downstairs. The area was clean overall except a plate of food sat outside on the floor close to our room for our entire stay, which was not our plate at all. Around the casino there would always be empty glasses or bottles of alcohol left around the slots and casino floor, which made it look dirty. People didn’t throw their stuff away or take the glasses to the bar afterwards. We would definitely stay again as this was our 5th stay here. We enjoy playing in the casino, both slots and table games. It’s always a lot of fun and a good time!

Good stay.

I arrived 30 minutes early and they wanted a 25.00 fee for letting me in. The hotel was virtually empty, there is no room serve, and no housekeeping.

Great overnight stay for a conference. Like the fact they have refillable bottles of shampoo, shower gel etc, nice clean room and even equipped with an iron and board. Quiet and clean

I had a great stay at the Windsor Casino! My room was large, spotlessly clean and had a lovely view of the Detroit River. While staying at the Casino, I took the opportunity to walk along the river on two occasions:) I plan on staying again on my next visit to Windsor!

Was easy to get to our event. Tim’s was right in the building

Staff was extremely rude, no room service, valet took over 45 minutes coming in and out. Restaurants did would not do take out orders so you’re forced to wait over an hour for seating and another hour to receive a menu. Would not recommend.
