The lady at the check in reception is very annoying and somehow stupid, for luxuries hotel they must hire the staff precisely with a knowledge and experience how to talk with the guests.

First off the remote quit working for the tv. Called down about it, rudely they said they would send someone up. 1.5 hrs later i heard my door open and close - they simply slid the remote in on the floor without making sure it worked......IT DID NOT WORK EITHER. Tim hortons coffee was burnt, their soups were cold.

Waited quite a bit at check in at 18:30. Several Diamond members were served before me despite the fact that I was there first. I understand the concept but 2-3 people were served before and I was there before them. Didn’t sit well with me.

In order to have breakfast, you have to go into the adjoining casino to one of the eateries. The room temperature was ideal as I had set the thermostat myself. I was there four nights and slept well, there was no noise in the hallway or above or below me. I will stay again!

Room was clean and spacious. Stayed in the 19+ side; very little hallway noise and great amenities. Perfect stay for a concert. Restaurants in the casino are subpar but convenient. Bed was very bouncy ;) and comfy. Water pressure was terrible but you can’t have it all.
