The room at Caesar's was fine (although I could easily hear the television in the room next door), but the entire experience left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival... check-in is quite some distance from the hotel tower (a pain with luggage - no offer of help) and while I understand and appreciate resort fees, when the pool is closed there should some reduction, as a pool is really the primary 'resort' amenity. Trying to get out of the hotel is a challenge - a number of doors are locked, and there was zero help from staff upon final departure to help find a taxi.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Augustus tower is a long walk from the self parking. You have to walk through the casino, so if you look young be prepared to show your ID each time you leave or go to the gym.

Was what id expected. But there is NO noise barrier between adjoining rooms or between rooms and hallway. You hear a LOT! Ive never stayed before. It was a valentines day treat. View was what i wanted. Room was comfortable. But i paid $350 for one night! No robe in the room, only one comfortable chair to enjoy the view, no table at which to sit with a glass of wine together and when youbsit in the chair, the window frame blocks the view! I HATE that i have to walk all the way thru the casino to get to the elevator to the tower rooms and my husband had a sprained ankle so we had to use a wheelchair and no one offered me help to get the chair pushed all the way to the room over that carpeting! I was exhausted. The room was fine. Check in line was long and though it moved quickly i was unhappy. I had to parknthe car, push the wheelchair and sit on a desk chair while having my coffee. No, it was not spectacular. Weve done it. Check. Probably dont need to do it again. No pool or sauna etc., parking garage was a mess, constant reminder that everyone can hear what is going on in your room, shouldnt have cost us $350. Overrated in my opinion. Expected a LITTLE luxury...got two bottles of water. Not even overpriced room bar. 😒

Room was good, spacious and clean except for ducts had some particles of dust. Too many charges that other Hotels do not charge. Like Resort Fees and a little late check out due to important issue.

Friendly staff for sure

The pool was closed. That was the point of staying at that hotel was to use the pool. Not only was it closed, it is closed till spring. On the expidia page there should have been a notification of this. Also, one of the beds did not have a elastic bedsheet on the matress, just a top bedsheet. The sheet kept coming off the bed.

Everything was great and Spago was excellent!! Can't wait to come again!

The room was clean and spacious, like in the pictures. I had a good time talking with the security guard and the gentleman at the counter was very kind. Overall the hotel was amazing and greatly decorated!
