All good

It would of been great if I know how to pick a room on the river. Perhaps your website should tell you the the view is we tried to get a room facing the river but they refuse because we went through your website

Rooms are nice and clean but they are very outdated. Staff is very nice and friendly. The price was reasonable.

The restaurant in the hotel, Spago, was EXCELLENT!!!

The room was spacious, clean and a nice view of the river. I enjoyed using the gym and would like to recommend updating to a Peloton bike if possible. Front desk staff were great and offered my colleague and I to have our rooms close to each other, a nice touch. We enjoyed Nero Restaurant, AMAZING experience! our server, Sandro was great and food was fabulous!

We ate at Johnny Rockets. Not impressed at all. I can get a better hamburger at McDonald’s really. I tried to eat at the Legend restaurant but the line was super long to get in so we passed on that. But the overall experience was very good.

Great stay

With hotel and casino being large, took a bit to find lobby after parking but had lots of signage. Enjoyed the experience ..great food and entertainment. Hotel room was very nice. Elevators nice with outside view and very quick.

Very nice, will definitely return soon.

Staff at the check-in desk were very nice however understaffed for the volume off people checking in.

We stayed 5 nights the room was immaculately clean, the pool and jacuzzi we well maintained and clean its adults only so no screaming kids, the sauna was wonderful including the changing rooms well well stocked with everything you need to clean up after your workout or pool and sauna. The exercise room had an abundance of machines and everything works, had free weights for those interested. I highly recommend this place but you do need a passport to cross into Canada and if your a beer drinker bring some from the states case a 12pk costs about 50$.

Our room was clean but starting to look a little 'tired'.

Well to say the least we were very disappointed. It is a very long walk from the self serve parking garage to the hotel check in. Then our room was in the forum tower which we had to walk back a long way to get back to it, Good service at the front desk. Had dinner at legends and were very disappointed in the food. Wow wouldn’t eat there again, had breakfast at Johnny rockets, great service and food was good. Parking garage a mess, and dear knows how long it will before that is finished, also looked for a cashier upstairs and couldn’t find one, find out later it is in the poker room but how are you suppose to know that. No signage at all that I saw, we don’t plan to go back to that casino for a long time. It’s too bad as it is a nice place, other than the parking garage and the machines that were apart and they were working on them.

Nicest place in Windsor to stay.

As a first time visitor to the Casino we found the whole set up very confusing due to lack of signage. We had no idea what a 7 Star or Diamond member was or what line up to get into to register at the hotel and for a meal. I had to call to find out where to go to park. Signage said “self parking” but didn’t indicate that it was for the casino. I have problem walking and there is a long distance to walk from the parking garage to hotel.
