Excellent hotel in a great location with courteous and helpful staff

Good choice at breakfast. Only downside, was no tea or coffee facilities in room. That is the only negative.

Friendly meeting at reception, comfortable room, good air con, breakfast was very good, plenty choice. The pool area is well looked after and the pool although quite small is perfect for a cooling dip. All service was excellent, breakfast staff all friendly and helpful. Short walk to the city walls and some nice restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Carbone was our favourite. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location to access the heart of old Lucca. It is a very cool city. Breakfast was very good. The cappuccino was excellent!

Well kept family run hotel with terrace, garden and pool. 5 min walk into town through the wall. Friendly and accomodating staff, comfy rooms, which are very well cleaned each day.

Great location to Lucca Wall. Easy Parking if you have a car. Hotel service is very nice, great staff and very clean.

Great place to stay!

The staff were brilliant.

Very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful-comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The restaurant is great! white tablecloths and impeccable setting in the dining room. Breakfast had good variety of meats and cheeses, fruits, croissants and pastries. All in addition to the traditional cereal, yogurt etc. You order the type of coffee you want, and they bring it to your table. Not self-service-machines. If felt pretty good. One night we ordered an Aperol-Spritz drink. It was good, but it cost 10 euro. In good restaurants they cost an average of 6 euros. I didn't like that The hotel staff was very friendly. Fabio was helpful with directions and suggestions about the city. Pretty hotel in a nice neighborhood near the wall. Access to the "old city" was convenient.

A fabulous place to stay with a fabulous staff a beautiful view of breakfast second to none. Just an amazing experience. If you’re traveling to Sienna you need to stay here. Don’t even look anywhere else. Just stay here. It’s the nicest place around. The property is gorgeous. The rooms are amazing Fabulous place. Excellent front office staff - from the desk to the barista. Easy walk to the walled city - about 3-4 blocks, resulting in a tranquil setting over the pool.

The breakfast service was a highlight of my mornings. Although I regret not catching the names of the staff who attended to us, their attentiveness and care did not go unnoticed. They created such a cheerful atmosphere, ensuring that everything was well-stocked and that we were comfortable. It was a lovely way to start each day! Additionally, the room cleaning service was top-notch. The staff ensured my room was spotless and cozy, and I appreciated the little touches that made my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, a shout-out to Italo at the bar! His cocktails were a delight, and his friendly conversation added a special touch to my evenings. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling refreshed and grateful for the wonderful experiences provided by the amazing staff. Wonderful staff. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Quiet and modern room. Location is easy walk to town along quiet neighborhood street. Parking is plentiful. A truly lovely experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
