The one bed apartment was excellent, lovely balcony and lovely view. Shower was a bit tricky up a couple of steps into jacuzzi bath. Would have been nice to have been nice to have some food/drink amenities on site, but Airlie beach was only 10-15 min walk away. The only issue is the extremely steep driveway up to reception. Bit of a hard slog dragging a 23kg case up! Some taxis would drive up the slope, so not an issue when coming back from having a meal .

It would be lovely if we were provided with more garbage bags, dishwashing tablets, washing powder, uht milk, sugar samples to use for the entire week, sample sized butter as when we purchased groceries we had to throw out due to bulk couldn’t finish and we had to fly home, couldn’t take home …

Half empty beer bottle cigarette butt and ash on balcony on arrival. Bathroom tiles need regrouting. Bathroom shower screen was loose and unsafe. Dirty splash marks on Bathroom tiles. Driveway too steep to walk up to reception. Rocky steps to reception too narrow and steep to take luggage. Elevator door in garage always propt open. Unsecured hotel access. Staff unaware of local tourist onterests or facilities.

Price was great, unit itself was a great setup, the walls could do with a fresh paint, the lounge was also a little past it's expiry date. Location from shop's and main part of town was a short 10 minute walk. A great Thai restaurant next door.

The room we had was not suitable for older people. The shower was set up inside the spa bath and it wasn’t easy to get in and out of the bath. We felt a bit unsafe.

Its a little out of town but great views. 10mins walk to main strip

Great place to stay. Very comfy king sized bed. Having to step up & over & into a bath to have a shower is not ideal.

Lovely, easy and great location

Our family enjoyed our 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. It was clean, airy and bright, and had everything we needed including a kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Our room also had direct access to the heated pool. Upon booking, there was excellent communication provided by reception including quick confirmation of our stay, followed by informative messages regarding airport transfers, upgrades available and food options in Airlie Beach. Will return. Thank you.

Pool area was nice

We had a couple of issues the TV was smaller than advertised and bedhead light was an issue and bathroom was cramped. Getting to reception was a bit challenge as driveway was a tad steep. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Sebel and overall had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the lift was out of service on the day we arrived, and with no alternative access available, we had to carry all our luggage up the fire escape stairs, which was a bit of a challenge. That aside, the rest of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained, and the location was great.
