I had an amazing stay here. The staff were incredibly lovely. I upgraded to a larger VIP room without paying extra.

This might be the best hotel I've ever stayed at! Even though I only stayed one night, the service was excellent, the room had everything I needed, and even included things I didn't expect hotels to provide, like nail clippers, a shaving kit, cotton swabs, etc. I loved it and will be back!!

I was disappointed with the hotel's handling of my reservation. I booked a room two weeks in advance for the New Year's holiday, but upon arrival, I was told that due to a system error, the hotel was fully booked and my room was unavailable. The error was on the hotel's side, but I still had to wait nearly two hours for it to be processed. I was then transferred to a more distant and inconvenient location on Hue Street. My family booked a family room with two double beds, but it was split into two separate rooms at opposite ends of the hallway, which was very inconvenient. The room itself was decent and clean, but the hotel lacked professionalism. I will not be returning!

The two security guards were very enthusiastic in helping guests with luggage, parking motorbikes, etc. They were cheerful and friendly (the guard on the night shift, in addition to his guard duties, also watered the plants in front of the hotel, showing great dedication to his job). The room wasn't exactly like the picture on the app I booked, but the bed type was exactly what I wanted. The only difference was the surrounding decor; there was a pillar in the middle of the room which was a bit inconvenient. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a heater, and the bathroom included not only the usual toiletries but also facial cleanser (very thoughtful). If you want to check in immediately, you can go to the hotel or book directly (of course, the price will be higher than the app). If you want to check in on time from 2 PM to 12 AM as per the regulations at a cheaper price, book through the app! You get what you pay for. The reception staff on both shifts were friendly to guests. The hotel has a very good breakfast buffet! The food is diverse, clean, and beautifully presented. The staff at the buffet counter were polite when interacting with guests. Overall, A25 19 Fish Cake is really good, everyone! 9/10 points.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL SERVICE, THE ROOM IS COMPLETE EVERYTHING EVEN TO SHAMPOO ETC. VERY SATISFACTORY, ESPECIALLY THE FOOD I CONSIDER THIS IS ONE OF THE HOTELS WITH THE BEST BREAKFAST I HAVE EVER FOUND. If I go to Hanoi again I will choose this hotel again.

The receptionist's service is very bad. They forgot to book a tour to Ninh Binh for my family. I had paid for the tour before but they still forgot. We reminded them many times and insisted that we would go that day. November 16, but the receptionist said it was because we booked on November 17, after some back and forth they finally accepted that it was their fault. They also lied and told us that the car was coming, causing my family to have to wait all morning.

My family just spent a vacation here. Central hotel, step out full of delicious food, easy travel, large and beautiful rooms, fully equipped facilities like at home, enthusiastic and friendly receptionist. nothing to criticize. Overview of the hotel is not clean. Not clean air, smell.

Plus; strategic location and cheap. minus; I stayed in the dormitory room which contains 18 bed. There is only 1 shower and 1 adjoining toilet in the room. And the toilet was very smelly. This hostel also smells of cigarette smoke and is dirty (oh yes they have some cats hanging around everywhere) .So, if you are okay with dirty and smell place, you can stay here.
