Clean hotel room, friendly staff, comfy bed.

Very nice room with excellent facilities. Very courteous staff.

Food was beautiful, staff amazing, room modern and spacious with fabulous bathroom, we chose to upgrade to the spa suite, with every penny! Drinks a bit expensive but couldn’t fault our stay!

Lovely stay

I was in the annex building. Comfortable enough but could do with an upgrade and had no hot shower in morning. Mentioned to staff on check out who just said they would get someone to look at it.

Rooms spotless and modern and super comfy bed. Buffet breakfast plenty of choice and coffee on tap great service.

The room was clean and suitable. We had a meal in the orangery which was very good, the food was nice and it was made better by the 50% off food deal. Drinks are expensive in the bar. We took our dog as the hotel was advertised as being dog friendly, unfortunately this was not the case. We were charged an additional £50 that was not advertised and the only area we could take her was the entrance lobby. I wouldn't take her again.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Very friendly staff. A few minor problems with things in the room when we arrived but very quickly resolved. On the minus side, such a shame that there is a £10 charge to use the gym! Also no breakfast available on our second morning due to low hotel occupancy (but we did receive a £10 each refund)!

New Years Eve...very expensive for the level of quality. Drink prices extortionate. Breakfast a shambles.

I love staying at Wildes Chesterfield, the staff are fantastic and can’t do enough to make sure my stay is wonderful. I admire Liam, one of the managers, he works hard to ensure that everything is just as it should be and he remembers people and their needs. My room was very clean, the pillows and bed were so comfy, it was lovely and warm in my room. The breakfast is fantastic. When I stay at Wildes I get a chance to rest and relax in a beautiful room and I love it. Thank you to Liam and his well lead team of kind, friendly and helpful staff.

Large and spotlessly clean room. Excellent reception staff and quick and easy check in. Beautiful reception area decorated for Christmas. Very quiet.

The property was nice inside but the room we had was in the old part wasn’t very clean a lot of dust furniture tatty curtains hanging off the rail water stains on ceiling paint all flaking on the walls in the window and a lot of cold coming from the windows really bad stains on the mattress but the towels and bedding was very clean left the portable heater on all nite to keep the room warm

I've had an excellent one night stay at the Wildes hotel in Derbyshire every thing was good from the warm comfy room lovely shower and an excellent breakfast could not find fault with anything that was there
