We were there for 3 nights for a hockey tournament. Greatest hotel. Prestige rooms arena really nice and clean. Courteous staff. The kids really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and water slide. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back for sure!

it was incredibly noisy when we were there. there were a lot of skimobilers and parties happening on the floor. we heard people running around all night. when I mentioned it to the front desk the next day they said I should have said somethign at the time and couldnt offer any discount other than breakfast. Dissapointed as we are recurring customers.

Pool and room were great

Stayed in an upgraded room. Nothing really stood out for it to be classified as an upgrade. The window looked out to the wall of the indoor swimming pool building and a bright light was on all night so we had no other choice but to have drapes closed tight all night. It was still visible as the curtains don't close tightly. As a one night stay option I wouldn't really recommend. Would be best as a multi-night stay to use amenities.
