Excellent location. Clean and well maintained.

Very helpful staff

Staff are very polite & accommodating. Premium bedding pillow top mattress with down comforters.Free toiletries, walk in shower. Refrigerator with a variety of coffee. Daily housekeeping. Definitely recommend this place.

First time in Charlottetown. This hotel exceeded expectations. Clean, friendly, centrally located!

Great hotel with friendly staff in a great location. The hotel is right next to the Confederation Center, which made it very accessible for the show.

Location was ideal for accessing downtown area. A bit disappointed in quality of room in that furnishings were cheap and simple. Room layout was cut up with an unnecessary wall partially separating sleeping area from living area. Also bathroom off of bedroom had frosted glass door that allowed too much light into sleeping area at night.

Great spot. Took the girlfriend for her birthday. Had a Jr Suite. She loved the big soaker tub.

So quiet and nice

Loved the hotel. The general area around the hotel could use some attention.

My corporate credit card information was stolen and charged one month after I checked out. So far no one has responded to my calls. It appears to have been done by a staff member as my card states that the money was taken by the Hollman Grand. BEWARE not sure what’s going on here. It’s sad cause it’s supposed to be a high end establishment, we have stayed here 3 times and enjoyed it. But NEVER again! Completely unprofessional!
