The room was super clean. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. I cant wait to stay there again and take advantage of the spa and restaurant 🙂

They have a policy that people are not allowed to set the AC below 19. Some people like it cooler. Shame on management.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating

Very convenient to have the connection to the mall. We were able to get to several shops in the area by cutting thru the mall, which was nice as we could often avoid the outdoor heat and humidity. Room is clean and super-comfortable. Also we LOVE both the food and staff at the Redwater Grille. Very impressed all around.

This is a great downtown location in Charlottetown, and you are walking distance from all the sights, shops, and restaurants. The front check-in staff were helpful, cheerful, and welcoming. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. Would stay again!
