Clean room, staff were very attentive

The entire stay was fantastic. From the front desk staff to the hotel restaurant, great service.

The staff is so helpful! The rooms give a you a sense of luxury. Convenient link to Confederation Mall … and indeed the heart of Charlottetown. Loved on site restaurant !

Located directly downtown with all shops and eating withing easy walking distance. Downtown area was safe. Parking was on the street. Hot tub and pool provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and spaces were super clean. My wife and I had an amazing time here.

Reviewing this property is easy. It's a must stay if you're staying in downtown Charlottetown. Walking distance to Confederation Centre of the Arts and located within the Confederation Court Mall. You will want to take advantage of the valet service as parking in downtown Charlottetown can be a challenge. We plan on returning in the fall

Personnel très amiable et serviable. Hôtel très bien situé, confortable et propre. Nous avons soupé au resto de l’hôtel un soir et avons été très satisfaits. Seul petit bémol: l’espresso et le cappuccino au petit déjeuner ne sont pas bons. Autrement nous avons tout apprécié.

Really spacious and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is incredible, in the heart of the downtown core.

The hot tub was not as warm as we would like.

Le principal atout de l’hôtel est sans contredit son emplacement : situé face au musée et au théâtre, au cœur d’un secteur riche en services et directement relié au centre commercial. Le service y est excellent et les lieux sont d’une grande propreté. Points à améliorer : le menu du restaurant ainsi que son rapport qualité-prix. De plus, les formats miniatures des produits (shampoing, revitalisant, etc.) sont insuffisants. Ma fille ayant les cheveux très longs et étant trois dans la chambre, nous avons dû demander des produits supplémentaires à plusieurs reprises.

Great stay

The pool was pretty decent. I didn't care for the hot tub because it didn't seem easily accessible. But that's all about my flexibility and not the average person's. Restaurant service was great and the charcuterie board was delicious. We ordered room service for lunch the next day and that was lacklustre at best. I've never had room service in a hotel before where they don't leave you the table, but not here, which led to me awkwardly shutting the door in the worker's face like five times to take each individual thing into my room since there wasn't enough room to set it down on the stand where the fridge and coffee maker were. The presentation of the sandwich was absolutely uninspiring and presented on a giant super heavy plate with nothing else on the plate and 4$ extra for bacon should not be some random bacon bits melted into the provolone. The beds were very comfortable. There were two comfy chairs in the room, which was great and the view was nice. The only downside about the room was that there was no mirror in the bedroom except way over by the door around the corner so there was absolutely nowhere to SIT and fix your hair or put on makeup, only stand up in the bathroom. Going forward, I'm going to bring my own folding mirror to any and all hotels I stay at.

The RUSTIC GRILLE is very nice. Good cocktails. The room was very clean and well appointed but I ask for a corner room if you want quiet. Pool nice and warm and clean.

All kinds of shops and restaurants in the area. It's literally steps from the Confederation Centre of the Arts. Has its own restaurant on site which is excellent in its own right or several others that are in walking distance. Valet service is available. Recommend highly.

Excellent rooms and friendly, helpful staff.

Great location - near some nice restaurants, close to the art museum and the harbour, and we especially liked visiting the new and used bookstores in the area. Definitely an address to remember in Charlottetown.

Staff were great. Room was comfortable,clean. Spent time in the hot tub and pool on a snowy night.
