El desayuno es lo mismo todos los dias que es bueno si reservas solo por una noche tienen una maquina de cafe italiana que solo sirve espresso y cafe grande y agua caliente asi que si eres un executivo y te gusta el cafe gourmet tienes que salir de prisa a buscarlo y olvidarte del desayuno .La alberca se disfruta para pasar dias agradables Los empleados de reception exelente trabajo Las habitaciones muy limpias no te recomiendo una habitacion en los pisos 6 y7 por que en la noche el ducto de ventilacion en el ban̈o hace un ruido que tal vez no lo soportes.para ser un hotel express es bueno pero para ser de express by marriot deberia ser mucho mejor.

Great location. Good breakfast and nice staff

Staff was wonderful and friendly. We were satisfied with the room. Outdoor pool was nice for relaxing and cooling down after hot day at the Progeso Beach. It’s just that breakfast buffet was not that great, they tasted blah. It’s good location for 30 mins ride on bus to the beach and 15 mins into Centro

The hotel was pretty bare bones, which was fine because it’s what we expected. The problems was the vending machine took only coins and they couldn’t provide change. The elevator smelled like vomit and the AC in the room was angled in a way to blow on your face while you are sleeping. We ended up leaving a day early even though we prepaid…

Staff was extremely rude. They were not helpful at all. They blocked our room for AC and did not care to inform us. And then had us waiting for a new room. Not staying there again.

The hoyel generally needs maintenance, there is a lack of lighting, the bathrooms are in poor condition, very noisy outdoor areas, a crib was requested and they didn't have one, there were no towels in the room, etc., etc.

Loved that this place had great parking, offers breakfast and has good location. The only thing is there tv is outdated and they had an issue with the toilets and the ac would leak.

Terrible service. Reception was very unfriendly. Stephanie in particular was rude and out of touch with the guests. She decided to change our room without notice at 11 at night. She lied to the guests about the change and then was rude to her colleagues for questioning her reasons. She made me miss my flight and said the did not care. Save yourself! Do not stay here!

A non-luxury luxury hotel with a very basic breakfast. However, the rooms (yet basic) are very clean and the staff was superfriendly in any regards, which was all what we have been looking for. The hotel met all of our expectations and is an excellent choice to book for some days as a base in northern Mérida.

Not happy with amenities

This hotel is only okay with offering only basic services. However, what I appreciated about it was how clean it was, and Maria, our housekeeper, was always friendly and kind. Unfortunately, the room was quite small, and the services provided were very basic. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

Good hotel in a safe area, ended up staying an extra night. Easy to get uber around. Breakfast was good.

Everything good except for strong noise inside the room
