Overall the property was amazing and staff friendly and professional. But The Breakfast! OMG. Everything else palea in comparison You have to love a buffet that no includes Bubbly and Caviar Kudos !

The place was beautiful and tidy, offering great features like a spotless spa and an excellent breakfast selection.

Loved this hotel, we didn’t have quite the bed set up we booked by it was a great room and we had a huge balcony which was fab for my son to play on. The only real downside was that the beds were very firm so neither myself or my husband slept particularly well. Also families should be aware that in spring the outdoor pool is very cold and kids can only use the indoor pool from 10-12am but the spa and sauna facilities were a huge asset. Would definitely recommend.

I rarely take the time to write reviews but I must say that the stay at the Grupotel Playa del Palma was simply exceptional. The grounds, facilities, and food were amazing. The breakfest buffet was the best I've ever had (and I've experienced plenty). The dinner buffet was equally impressive and a relative bargain. The pool and spa also very nice. We choose Mallorca for the hiking - which was also amazing. Wonderful resort; wonderful island!!

This was an incredible stay, our first time doing half board and we weren't disappointed. Options were always varied and delicious every night. There are many facilities to use including at least 3 swimming pools. The sky restaurant is fantastic and you get some surreal views. Most importantly staff give the place a heart, they're incredibly friendly and helpful. We want to recognise Ghazi, Joyce and one half Nigerian/Jamaican guy (sorry we couldn't remember his name) and countless others we'd like to thank and applaud. We would highly recommend this stay for anyone in the future as well as us coming back to stay.

I love the inside pool (spa & wellness). The room was the best, we book a standard room but when we arrived we had the premium room and we fell more in love with the room/hotel. :)

Beautiful hotel, very nice breakfast, so much variety. Please note that spa for children is only 10-12.00.

Very nice clean and modern hotel. Junior Suite was not as described in the photos when I booked the room. Nowhere to sit other than a hard desk chair but all suites show a sofa in the room which was not the case.

Great hotel a little walk away from the strip. Pools and spa are great. Breakfast was lovely.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were so lovely and provided us with an upgraded suite for our honeymoon with a semi-private pool. We purchased massages and they were excellent, as were the indoor spa pools. A 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Such a fabulous start at this hotel, all staff without fail are there to help, breakfast is amazing a d the spa wonderful. The seafront wasn’t for us but there are some fabulous typical Spanish restaurants in walking distance and the hotel itself has a fabulous skybar restaurant whereby we paid €26 to eat there. Whilst the promenade was not our gig, we would definitely return to this hotel without hesitation.
