We really liked the breakfast and the staffs were very helpful and friendly

We had excellent service at JW Marriott in Cusco, and the room and amenities were wonderful. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Peru!

Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. They arranged for our transportation. We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff was attentive, helpful and responsive to us as of it were the middle of the day. They even offered and provided bag meals for our early departure to Machu Picchu. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Beautiful hotel

The rooms are spacious and the hotel itself is really beautiful with its early Hispanic style, grand entrance and lovely common spaces. It is also only about 2 minutes walk to the main square of Cuzco.

Great service

The building is incredible and in good location. Staff absolutely excellent. Totally will stay at another!!

We had to get a breakfast to go as we were leaving at 3am. The packed breakfast was excellent and the hotel kept our luggage whilst we were in Machu Picchu at no extra cost. The room was immaculate and amenities great. A free pisco sour was a great touch too

The hotel was the perfect location and choice for our Machu Picchu, Peru trip. The location, facilities were perfect. The staff, with their constant warm Peruvian smiles were amazing, they went above and beyond for us, tending to our every need. A lovely extra was when we visited the very cute and adorable baby alpaca called “Pancheta” who came to the hotel each day.

The Spa was wonderful

The JW Marriott in Cusconis is very nice and great location. I would stay here again for sure.
