Amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. They offered free yoga and other fun activities while staying there. We took the tour to learn more about the history of the hotel. The location was also perfect.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s located in a renovated convent in a wonderful location close to Plaza De Armas. Everybody was extremely courteous and professional. From Victor and George at the reception to everybody at the restaurant. Breakfast is delicious and the restaurant was fantastic

The JW Marriott Cusco was incredible! The staff were beyond hospitable and made us feel so welcome. The hotel is clean, quiet, safe, and beautifully designed. The restaurant food was outstanding, and the spa was one of the best I’ve experienced. Their activities were fun and well-organized, and they were always happy to accommodate special requests. The location is perfect—walkable, close to shops and attractions, and easy access to the airport. A truly unforgettable stay!

Everything and everyone in this place was outstanding! Staff were friendly and very efficient. They will accommodate any special request with promptness and kindness. Special shout out to Paloma at the front desk. The spa was relaxing and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious offering a large variety of local and international options. The building used to be a colonial convent build upon the foundations of an Inca building. The result is impressive, charming and unique. They offer several complimentary activities for guests. Recommend the two we did; a tour of the hotel (35 min) which is available every evening, explaining the history and architecture of the building and the pisco sour class, which was fun. The location is perfect, walking distance from main shopping and dinning places in Cuzco. Will definitely return.

Everything and everyone was outstanding. From the check-in process to pretty much any accommodations we needed during our short stay, the staff was up to the task promptly with courtesy and kindness. Special shout out to Paloma at the front desk.
Highly recommend doing the “Monk tour” of the property (daily at 600) which highlights the architecture and history of the building though out the years, as well as the pisco sour class at the bar. Breakfast (included) was exceptional in quality and variety. Will definitely return when back in Cuzco.

I loved the location, the property, the staff and the breakfast.
My only complaint was the lobby's temperature, which was freezing almost all the time. The rooms decoration is a little dated, too heavy in terms of fabrics and rugs.

This place is absolutely beautiful as it was once a convent. A very luxurious and comfortable stay. We had a room in the basement and couldn’t have enjoyed it more! I was conveniently close to the spa which was wonderful to unwind in each evening after a long day of activities. The breakfast was quite expansive with many options to choose from! The stay came with a variety of included treats which made the stay even more special!
