We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.

It is hard to believe we were living in such a sacred hotel in Cusco. The facilities as well as the corresponding services are remarkable. We enjoyed every minute in the hotel. The staff here are nice and patience.

We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.

No corresponde que haya instalaciones del hotel ocupadas por tantos días y que los huéspedes no puedan ocupar (me refiero al patio interior del hotel). Eso, para un hotel marriott es de pésimo gusto. El valor que uno paga debe ser retribuido por el hotel. Hubiera sabido eso, me quedo en novotel, nos sale más barato y hubiéramos tenido acceso a pasar tardes en el patio interior. Nos hemos quedado varias veces en Marriott el Convento, pero la decepción última no la habíamos sentido nunca.
La atención tampoco fue buena, más de un día tuvimos que ponernos nosotros mismos los servicios en la mesa, y no había excusa porque el lugar de desayuno no estaba ni a la mitad de gente cuando nos pasó eso. Para qué decir del jueves último cuando el lugar de desayuno estaba cerrado por la "expo perú", tuvimos que desayunar en un lugar con muy poca luz, y no pudimos ir a pedirnos un omelette, porque el lugar estaba cerrado.
Insisto, no somos exquisitos, pero si uno paga caro, lo mínimo que espera es ser retribuido, una lástima lo bajo que está el hotel, y me veo en la obligación de mencionarlo cada vez que pueda, por respeto a los turistas que viajan y que quieren sentir satisfacción por el dinero invertido en estas experiencias.

Hotel de altíssimo padrão, localizado em um prédio histórico muito bem conservado e reformado, que transmite charme e elegância em cada detalhe. O ambiente é extremamente agradável e acolhedor.
O quarto é lindíssimo e muito confortável, oferecendo todo o conforto necessário após os passeios pela cidade. O café da manhã é excelente, com uma grande variedade de opções que agradam a todos os gostos. O restaurante do hotel merece destaque à parte, pela qualidade excepcional da comida e do serviço.
A localização é simplesmente perfeita: a poucos passos da Plaza de Armas e cercado por ótimas opções de comércio e restaurantes.
Infelizmente, não tive tempo de explorar todas as comodidades que o hotel oferece, mas se voltar a Cusco, certamente ficarei aqui novamente para aproveitar tudo com calma.
