We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.

It is located near the scenic plaza as well as nice restaurants. Together with the well trained and caring staff, I could hardly ask for more. It is a value for money hotel.

It is hard to believe we were living in such a sacred hotel in Cusco. The facilities as well as the corresponding services are remarkable. We enjoyed every minute in the hotel. The staff here are nice and patience.

L’hotel è meraviglioso e in ottima posizione e il personale gentile e molto disponibile.
Il luogo dove si mangia un po freddo anche in considerazione che ci si mangia e dovrebbe essere più caldo, ma rimane splendido. Unica pecca la festa che stavano organizzando per il martedì sera e che ha precluso degli spazi agli ospiti dell’hotel senza aver avvisato o fatto uno sconto. Per il resto tutto molto bello

Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. They arranged for our transportation. We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff was attentive, helpful and responsive to us as of it were the middle of the day. They even offered and provided bag meals for our early departure to Machu Picchu. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
