Muy familiar, limpios, se esmeran en recepción, el único detalle es... el restaurante, los meseros deficientes, no atienden, ni siquiera haay servilletas en la mesas. muy buena la comida y las personas que atienden el bufette son muy amables. capaciten a los meseros

Loved the hotel but the beds were too firm / stiff / hard

The swimming pools were very nice. The grounds overlooking the lake were very pretty.

Fit perfect the needs for the type of hotels i need for my business.

The views from both the front lobby and the back of the hotel were super. We ate a lot of meals in the restaurant, and the food was very good, but there was often a long wait. and some of the food was not hot.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The room is very old, you still use an actual key to open the door. The inside of the room has the chain on it so you can lock it. Needs some work to bring it back to life.

Todo muy bien , solo la alberca privada un poco sucia , tuvimos que pedir que la limpiaran y nos salieron dos cucarachas muy grandes

Overall cleanliness and reasonable prices. I did not like they don't have a luggage cart to take your stuff to your room
