After you agree with the instructed plan, the check-in procedure will be carried out. In case you feel uncomfortable or unsatisfied, the hotel is always ready to support you in canceling the reservation at that time.
Regarding drinking water, the hotel has prepared mineral water in the minibar with clearly listed prices. The receptionist is also always ready to support you if you have additional needs.
