Strategic and comfortable location and close to everywhere, from malls, culinary, and hangout places.

Okay. But the mineral water has to be walked down the corridor. It's no longer in the room. We're too lazy to leave the room. Yesterday, we bought our own mineral water at Indomaret or Alfamart.

Unfortunately, I got a non-smoking room even though I had requested it. For those who can't stand cigarette smoke, the smell was really noticeable in the room and the hallway outside.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and there are promo prices. The location is near the mall. Recommended.

the staff and the hotel are basically good, the location is strategic, the food tastes good even though the variants are limited, the only minus is the cleanliness of the bed, it's a bit itchy like there are insects or ants, but overall this hotel is good and in accordance with its valueformoney, that's all and thank you. special thanks to traveloka who always supports our every need, with attractive prices.

I asked for a non-smoking room and they gave me a room that smelled like a smoking one. When I told them, they didn't believe me and said it's impossible. I didn't even want to bother explaining to those idiots, so I left that hotel and the reception service was HORRIBLE. I won't ever come back and I will tell all my contacts about how messed up that place is.

because after the seminar it was already late at night so I checked in to the hotel and was tired but very disappointed to get a very small shower and no hot water either :((( The next day I asked to change rooms and went straight out, went back to sleep and woke up at 3 am because there was a very loud banging on the door forcing us to go in, we panicked and shouted if there was anyone there, not long after the receptionist called rudely asking without permission if we were squatters without paying, after it was explained that we were moving from the replacement room, the tone was lower, from here it is known that the management is very chaotic, there is no room registration??? and our rest was very disturbed and customer safety is also questionable??? be careful staying at this hotel, a very bad experience, no apology from the receptionist or hotel management :((((

The staffs are friendly, the room is good, clean. One bad thing is we asked for a non-smoking room, but they gave us the ‘non-smoking room’ with cigarette smell all over the room, especially the toilet. We asked for a room change but the staff suggestion was fragrance, it helps but still smelly.

The AC is not cold enough, the breakfast tastes lacking.

From the lobby, bedroom, and bathroom are so clean. Good hospitality 👍🏻

Staff friendly. If you only need it as transit and most activity is outside the hotel, it's a good choice.

Cold AC, big room, there is a connecting room. Too bad there is no swimming pool.

For budget traveler, it was good for the price point and facilities provided. However, I may not stay at the Ibis Gading Serpong in the future as it's not my cup of tea.
