It's easy to go anywhere, shop, ootd and eat.

The hotel is very affordable to all my travel destinations. And always stay here every time I go to George Town.

U guys should refund my money.. because I nvr stay. It was a mistake

Every time I go to Penang, I stay at Chulia Mansion. clean, comfortable, good breakfast, around the hotel there are also many who sell food both morning, afternoon, evening and the most preferred, there is a drinking water dispenser provided, and a pleasant rooftop snack.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is varied and tasty, drinking water, coffee and tea along with free snacks throughout the day. Get free drinks vouchers there are juice and wine, ice cream, just great.

Highly recommended! It's near to shops, restaurants and bars! The room is clean. Staff are friendly. I love the breakfast, free drinks and ice cream at the rooftop bar.

The rooms are not too big but the bathroom is big.

The hotel is near the friendly tek penny, breakfast is a lot of choices, there is a welcome drink.

This is the second time staying at this hotel. And according to my expectations, comfortable, strategic and very tasty breakfast. The most important thing is that my time is gone

Small but clean room. In the central position, it is easy to play in many places where it is needed. feel ok

This hotel is really nice, not far from the food center. But the head chef is very not friendly / cynical towards us Indonesians but is far different from foreign tourists who he can smile a lot on them. Once my parents wanted to eat ice in the dining room and wanted to borrow a plate or a bowl but it was not allowed but the other employees felt sorry for finally being borrowed a plate. The hotel staff are all not friendly. But staff who are not Asian are much better at their understanding. When I want to permit check out at 1 hour it is not permissible even though I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and 3 rooms and conditions are not fully booked. Finally, I spoke to the receptionist who was not Asian and was given permission until 1 o'clock. Even though previously I stayed at the Melia Kuala Lumpur hotel which was fully booked, I was still permitted to check out at 1 o'clock.

This hotel is very good. Clean room, spacious, they give free ice cream for every guest and there are mineral water dispenser in each floor,so we can drink water everytime we need. They also provide an umbrella for the guests in each room, very useful when its rain or too hot outside. Will come back here when in Penang

The cafe and rooftop section staff are not friendly. The staff were noisy, hit the emergency door and screamed in the morning (the accuracy of my room was close to the emergency exit), the breakfast menu did not vary. Water heater does not work, rooms are very clean and tidy.

It's nice to come back to chulia mansion everytime travel to Penang. They improved the service. Nice.
