When clicking on a displayed hotel, Traveloka automatically selects the stay dates, causing customers to unknowingly click to book. Upon reviewing the incorrect dates, they have to reschedule, resulting in additional booking fees. The room price is nearly 900,000 VND per night, much higher than many other places, and the quality is only average.

The furniture was quite old, room 606 was very stuffy. The air conditioner was broken, I turned it on, after taking a shower the air conditioner was still hot, because I was quite tired I went to sleep, woke up at 2:30-5:00 pm and was soaked because the air conditioner was not cool, the room smelled. As a result I took another shower and checked out even though I had paid for the night's rent.

I think we should replace the TV because it is too old.
