Poor service in the hotel restaurant 1 person serving the food and game riom

The room hadn’t been cleaned properly- used soap still in shower Also, bed was very lumpy and hard And an electrical buzzing noise all night and day.

Didn’t get into our room until close to 5 pm as ours wasn’t “cleaned” other people who got to hotel later than us were able to get in.. with saying that we were not the only group who had this issue as there were others waiting. Apparently only some of the hotel is accessible as our room was on the third floor so the luggage cart was useless. The ice machines were all broken. The restaurant didn’t open til 5 pm and has a very limited menu of bar food ( 12 items to choose from) the top item being wings and they had told us they didn’t have as they were sold out.. we got there at 5:15 so obviously sold out from the night before.

We couldn’t even check in our room until 5 pm because they weren’t ready. Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm. Hotel is extremely outdated and common areas don’t appear to be clean, extremely dirty windows and hot tub area seemed unsanitary. Dead plants in the lobby. Will not return.

Room was cleaning. Stains in the bathtub and sink. Toilet handle not really secure. Place to sleep and that's all.

The staff were very helpful and courteous! Plus, very happy with our room and the buffet breskfast.

Every staff member was kind and helpful! The location was great! The pool was open till 10pm which was nice! Our room was pretty dated, but clean!

Room was clean and quiet at night. Attendant at check-in not very friendly or helpful (checked in at 3pm). Checkout attendant (11am) was very courteous. Parking lot was a mess...needed to be plowed.

The room was dirty and stains on the bed sheets. Area surrounding the hotel did not feel safe.

The room was dirty and had a strong odour. The bed sheets were stained. The patio door to outside (ground level room) did not close or lock properly, creating a security issue. We left the hotel after one night.

Washroom was visibly not clean. Toilet was dusty. Toilet paper was ripped. Towels and washcloths had stains. The rest of the room seemed fine but given the laziness in cleaning the bathroom I had doubts about the true cleanliness of the beds as well.

When we arrived, we were given our room. When we got to our room there was garbage and dirty towels on the floor as well as garbage in the trash can. The room also smelt like smoke. They gave us another room which was at least clean but again didn’t smell very nice. On the exterior, cars were getting stuck as they hadn’t even plowed the parking lot. We were advised by the reception that they would be documenting the situation with Hotels.com and that we would be provided 50% off our stay.

Needed upgrades. Breakfast was terrible. Food and carafes weren’t labelled so you didn’t know where the coffee was in all the carafes sitting on the counter. Food wasn’t replenished when gone. Things were spilled all over the counter. No one seemed to be actively involved with the supervision of the breakfast.

Staff were good but this hotel needs renovations done in the rooms and more attention to the pool and hot tub. The breakfast had no coffee after going to it 3 times and the tvs are small and standard
