Staff upgraded me to a suite after a long 12 hour shift. Room was huge, clean, bed was comfortable and no complaints. Breakfast was ok, but I mean it’s hotel breakfast. Other than that it was great and I would definitely stay here again as it’s close to the hospital and a good price!

Room was clean and quiet at night. Attendant at check-in not very friendly or helpful (checked in at 3pm). Checkout attendant (11am) was very courteous. Parking lot was a mess...needed to be plowed.

The room was dirty and had a strong odour. The bed sheets were stained. The patio door to outside (ground level room) did not close or lock properly, creating a security issue. We left the hotel after one night.

Washroom was visibly not clean. Toilet was dusty. Toilet paper was ripped. Towels and washcloths had stains. The rest of the room seemed fine but given the laziness in cleaning the bathroom I had doubts about the true cleanliness of the beds as well.

When we arrived, we were given our room. When we got to our room there was garbage and dirty towels on the floor as well as garbage in the trash can.
The room also smelt like smoke.
They gave us another room which was at least clean but again didn’t smell very nice. On the exterior, cars were getting stuck as they hadn’t even plowed the parking lot.
We were advised by the reception that they would be documenting the situation with Hotels.com and that we would be provided 50% off our stay.

Breakfast was terrible. Food and carafes weren’t labelled so you didn’t know where the coffee was in all the carafes sitting on the counter. Food wasn’t replenished when gone. Things were spilled all over the counter. No one seemed to be actively involved with the supervision of the breakfast.

Room was great! Just as expected, staff were friendly and welcoming. Liked that there were pool tables and the arcade area was cool feature (although we only played pool). Breakfast was good. Would have been nice if the hot tub worked. Jets didn’t turn on and it was lukewarm at best. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. Also exercise room was lacking, one elliptical and one machine.
Overall a good stay, enjoyed our visit to Orillia.

Dirty coffee pot in room - sauna was filthy - bathtub faucet and where water comes out were all loose - walkways into hotel were not shovelled - hot water for tea was not hot ! - coffee was cold - No tongs for the bread or bagels ! All hands were in bags - entrance into rooms have a large area of ceramic tile. This is not ideal when coming into room with wet winter footwear on We had to use a towel to wipe floor so socks didn't get wet going to bathroom

Room was decent, is showing it's age, TV was in Standard Definition which was weird. My kids can't stop talking about the house hippos that were scattered around the lobby area, nice touch. Pool and hottub were good sauna was a little dirty. Only bummer was the arcade bar was never open while we were staying there.

Staff were lovely. The food at breakfast was not great, fake eggs, sausages and a waffle maker along with a toaster for bread. It was famy day weekend when we went and had to wait for over 20 min to make our waffle and also had to wait for the other food to be refilled. No coffee.
The bar/arcade wasnt open on Sunday of famimy day so my kods were pretty dissapointed.
Pool was warm, room was clean. Cant complain as this was a cheap option for a ski vacation.
